“Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful hosts, view, accommodations and delicious breakfasts!!”

“Building needs some TLC and updates. While in the common area of the B&B at night we could hear lots of scratching in the walls and then we did see a mouse. The breakfast was just okay. Having stayed at several B&Bs this breakfast was probably on the bottom of my list. The office where we checked in smelled like cigarettes. I would probably not stay here again. Not the worst place I've ever stayed but definitely near the bottom.”

“Owners were delightful - kind, hospitable,and helpful. Breakfasts were a treat each day (especially since I didn’t have to cook or clean up). And location was very convenient to Geneva, Auburn, Seneca Falls (great history!), and Watkins Glen. And, of course, lots of wineries. My room was big and bathroom huge. Slept 9-10 hours each night - much needed. Highly recommend for a weekend away.”

“Very convenient location. Easy walk to Watkins Glen State Park (a must see!) Brian (owner) was friendly, welcoming and engaging. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast (many locally sourced products) was delicious Would highly recommend!”
