Pros:Close to plenty of tastings and restaurants in town, 1-5 minute drive to most places in geneva.Place is very clean, one of the cleanest I've stayed in.Host communication was very good.Comfortable bed and pillows.Cons:50 feet from a main highway.Small and tight driveway.Right next to frat houses, could hear their music until 9 pm.Small shower.No microwave.Bed is in the main living area.Unit is not made for multiple couples. “Adorable decor, comfortable beds, nice bathroom all with period fun references. Neighborhood walking distance to all historic parks and Seneca Falls sites. Owner very helpful and kind. They are doing a lot of work on the property which did not interfere with us at all, but it will be exciting to see what more they do with this really cool property.”

“Very small room. Clean, comfortable bed, but tight to move around. Adequate for one night stay. Very walkable neighborhood. No separate sink for kitchen area, but can't really cook, so not an issue. Only one comfortable seat, so if traveling with someone, one must sit on bed. ”

“We had a great time staying in this guest house. The attention to detail is impressive! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Having access to laundry was great. Plenty of space for our kids to stretch out and play with their toys. The owners have thought of everything you could need at have it available to you. Would highly recommend. ”

We felt like we were transported to the 1850’s, but with all the modern amenities you could hope for, including the most amazing walk-in rainfall shower! John and Sven were such gracious and accommodating hosts. They made some great recommendations, including Sauder’s, which was an amazing grocery store and market with delicious breakfast sandwiches. We can’t recommend the apartment highly enough!”
