“Needs some work! The third flight of stairs is very narrow with no handrail. The noise every night we were there was loud until 12-1 a from tenants in 2nd floor apartments. There was a lot of dog waste in the front yard that was not picked up. The apartment floor was dirty but the beds and other furniture were fine.”

“We really appreciated our stay. Everything was cozy, fresh and new. The location was good, quick to restaurants and the beaches at Presque Isle. Melody, our host, was nearby, so we were able to chat with her a few times. She is working on making the outside look as inviting as the inside. The neighbors and their dogs were friendly. I hope we are able to stay here again when visiting Erie.”
