Penrith Regional Gallery: Tours y Actividades

Unfortunately the lobby bar and rooftop restaurant were under construction and, although the staff assured me all guests were notified when booking, I don't recall receiving this information. For the price of one night, guests deserve a phone call after booking and email, ensuring people know the status of the hotel while under construction. The footpath & streetside were also being worked on, making it difficult to get taxi/ride-share transport with luggage. I was hoping for a better experience as I'm returning in February for a week, but don't feel the value was there to rebook. Rooms are designed very well and staff, "accommodating" but not at global standards for hospitality service.
