Bajo la gestión del propietario este año. Propiedad de 5 estrellas. Estamos orgullosos de saber que muchas familias hicieron buenos recuerdos aquí en 2019 y esperamos muchos más grupos felices.

El plano abierto de las áreas de cocina, comedor y sala de estar hace que el espacio sea ideal para la convivencia familiar y el entretenimiento. Mucho espacio para todos en la mesa del comedor.

Ubicación perfecta: aproximadamente a 5 minutos a pie del Golfo de México y a 2 minutos a pie de Santa Rosa Sound, (busque Baby Beach), donde las tranquilas aguas son perfectas para practicar paddle, kayak o simplemente flotar.

¡Hay una parada (n. ° 32) para el tranvía a la vuelta de la esquina cerca de la estación de bomberos en la Avenida 17 que lo llevará a todos los bares de playa, restaurantes, tiendas y paseo marítimo de forma gratuita durante la temporada!

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King size con baño privado, cada uno de los otros 2 dormitorios viene con una cama litera Queen sobre Queen. ¡Sin embargo, estos no son los únicos lugares donde las personas pueden dormir! Hay dos grandes cubiertas para divertirse al aire libre, junto con un gran patio. El patio está equipado con una cancha de Bucket Ball (¡piense que el pong de cerveza solo es más grande!), tablero de dardos, Tiki Toss (anillo en una cuerda) y Jenga gigante. También hay una parrilla de barbacoa en la cubierta trasera.

Just what we needed

This property was perfect for a beach weekend with a few friends dropping by. Our dog enjoyed the huge fenced backyard, and the house came equipped with everything we could have needed, including yard games, beach towels, and complimentary snacks. It was clear that this is someone’s home, not just an investment property. That makes a huge difference!

Perfect Spot By the Beach

We loved this house and location. Bunny and Boo were fantastic -- so quick to respond to questions and also set us up with bicycles and everything we neeeded to make this a perfect beach weekend. The house has two big decks front and back to enjoy the ocean air. We had so much fun with the game they set up in the enormous backyard. There were a buggy and chairs and beach toys for the our days at the beach. The beach is a 3 minute, easy walk so we could go back and forth from beach to house multiple times during the day. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the beds were super comfortable with nice linens, and everything was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. You can tell Bunny and Boo go the extra mile to make guests feel at home and have a wonderful stay. Thanks so much! We'll be back.

So glad we picked Bunny & Boo’s for our stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group (7 adults, 3 kids, & a baby. Lots of accommodations, plenty of extras like a nice selection of coffee & fully stocked kitchen, bathroom essentials, TONS of beach towels, just everything we needed. The best part was the host Bunny went above & beyond to help our grandson catch a fish from the ocean for the first time! We highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Bunny & Boo!

Wonderful home

Bunny and Boo have a wonderful just blocks from the beach. They thought of everything- even provided plenty of beach towels and a wagon to carry items to and from the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. Arcade game and games and books were great for when it was super hot in the mid afternoon. Very friendly hosts and easy to work with. 100% recommend this home for family vacation, friends getaway, any event. Comfortable for kids and adults. Our dog loved it too.

Absolutely Perfect!

The property was amazing, they had everything we needed to make our beach trip a success. The best part were the owners. The people were very kind and going above and beyond to give us tips on how and where to fish, great places to eat, things to explore. It was an amazing experience and we will be definitely making there place our go to place when we visit.

It was a great trip!

We had an issue with having access to the code for the lock, but the owner was super quick to get back with us. Once we got in the house it was hard to leave! It was a perfect size and location. Pups loved the back yard. Biggest regret was we only stayed for 3 days.

We loved staying here. The beach was a short walk across the little highway - 10 minute walk maybe. It was such a great place to stay and had everything we could have needed and more. The hosts messaged us with everything we needed and we had a great stay!

Bunny and Boo are amazing hosts! The bungalow was perfect for our large group, even when friends visited for dinner. We had easy access to the beach and sound. We took advantage of the beach cart, toys and towels. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be back.

Bunny & Boo was great hosts. Our party spent a lot more time in the house than we wanted due to stormy weather all week. It has everything provided for cooking and a large dining room table for a big group. Short walk to the beach. Only thing we can say negative was the listing said 3 bathrooms, and it only has 2. That extra bathroom would’ve came in handy when everyone was getting ready to go out to eat. I would definitely stay here again

Five star accommodations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bunny and Boo’s bungalow, and highly recommend the rental to anyone looking for a family friendly and/or pet friendly place to stay. The house was incredibly clean and fully stocked with anything we needed (including infant items, toiletries, kitchen items, coffee pods, and even popsicles for the kids!). The beds were comfortable, and the outside shower perfect for washing off sand after a day at the beach. We were even provided chairs, umbrellas and a heavy duty wagon to carry everything to the beach, just a short 5 minute walk away. There were board games for all types of ages, books, volleyballs, small toddler toys, an arcade machine, and a large television with a sound bar - perfect for relaxing after long, hot days at the beach. The front and back porches also provided a wonderful area to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning or a cookout at night. Bunny and Boo were very accommodating, generous and kind, letting us know they were available if we needed anything. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. This is on our list to return for future vacations.

Beautiful stay

It was so beautiful waking up every morning to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and sunset. I live here in Pensacola so it was a nice mini vacation for sure! Will probably book again here if I stay on the beach again!

Had an excellent time!

Had a great time with my group of 10 friends. If you are so inclined, everything is within walking distance, from the beach to a restaurant to grab a bite. Plus, the host was extremely accommodating. Overall, we might book this place for our reunion again.

Amazing house with all the amenities needed

My husband and I along with our friends their kids and grandma other stayed (8 people total) for 3 nights and this could not have been a better stay. The hosts were responsive and provided info on local attractions. They also had everything we needed for the beach and everything needed to feel comfortable on our rainy day inside. Games inside and out. The house was clean and homey. It was a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Highly recommend staying here!!
