There is a large capacity washer and dryer. This home is one city block to a Sound Side beach, Baby Beach, with no waves and rip current. Safe for children. The Gulf is two city blocks to the south. There are two adult bicycles, five beach chairs, a large cooler on wheels, and two kayaks. The kayaks are one person kayaks. Life jackets provided on request. Use at your own discretion. Owner not responsible.  There is parking under the house that will keep your car out of the sun.
