The Space:

Step inside and feel the calm of coastal living. Large glass doors flood the home with natural light, creating a bright, comfortable space designed for relaxation. The spacious living area is perfect for gathering after a day on the water, while the fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern blue cabinetry, is ready for your home-cooked meals.



Your comfort is our priority, with inviting sleeping arrangements for everyone:

Master Bedroom: A tranquil retreat with a King bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and a private balcony overlooking the bay.

Guest Bedroom: A cozy room with a Queen bed and its own TV.

Living Room: Includes a Full-size sleeper sofa for additional guests.



For families with little ones, we provide baby safety gates for your peace of mind. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee on one of the two balconies or unwinding inside, this is your home away from home.



This is a townhouse and requires climbing stairs to the main living space with living room, kitchen, 1/2 bath and laundry and you will climb another set of stairs to 2nd level with the bedrooms and full bathrooms.



Guest Access:

Your seamless vacation starts with easy self check-in and free on-site parking. Guests have private access to the entire townhouse. Step right from your back door onto your own stretch of private beach for morning strolls, kayaking, or a refreshing swim in the calm bay waters.

Other Things to Note:

1) Extended Stays: For stays longer than 28 days, additional fees for mid-stay cleanings are required. We change out linens every 3-4 weeks to keep the property in excellent condition for you.

2) Damage Protection: Your booking price includes a non-refundable property damage protection fee. This covers up to $3,000 in accidental damages, subject to exclusions. Any damage not covered by the policy or exceeding the coverage amount will be the responsibility of the guest.

3) Pre-Arrival Check-In: Prior to your arrival, the primary guest must complete our online pre-arrival form via Guesty. This allows us to gather necessary information and ensure you are familiar with our rental terms and conditions for a smooth check-in.
