“Very nice property. Great communication with owner. Everything was as advertised. Interior was clean and everything worked. The back yard was fenced and great for a dog. The only concern and it was minor was the immediate surroundings. There were tradesmen living in the little cul de sac and a house being built close by. However, very little noise generated by the construction. There are two really good casual pet friendly seafood restaurants close by, The Point and the Salty Pearl. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here and the location was great. You can easily walk to the beach and to restaurants. Cons: lots of stairs, I'm just leaving this review for people who may not be able to go up and down them a lot. I recently had a back injury and it was difficult to climb some days,other than that it was a great place to stay.”

“We had the best time! So spacious and well appointed. 10/10 highly recommend for teens. We had plenty of room for our 3 football playing boys. We loved the beach access and the restaurant and bar had fantastic food and drinks. Bonus that we were able to bring out dogs. ”

“It’s a quit community directly across from the beach. There’s a shuttle but I simply walked since it was so close. It was a last minute trip to visit my son who lives in same neighborhood. Would definitely recommend. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay! We love the Lost Key Resort every time we stay there. This condo was perfect overall! King bed was incredibly comfortable, everything was clean. Loved the amount of seating on the back patio and fan. Those were both a great touch. The only thing we would change is the dining room table. Would have preferred a table that is average height over a barstool height. That was really the ONLY downside to this space. We would stay here again in the future. ”

“We were a group of 14 people from age 8-78 and we all thoroughly enjoyed this house. The location is perfect. The view is amazing. House is very spacious - plenty of room for all. The pool and all the kayaks were such a bonus for everyone. Walk to the beach is easy breezy! Great communication with owners throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our trip. ”

“We had our 5 year old granddaughter on Spring Break and enjoyed the beaches very much. We really liked Big Lagoon State Park and it was fun watching the Blue Angels fly. ”

“Myself and my puppy had a great stay at this place. It’s a small studio under a bigger house, that has access to a private beach and pier. Basic cooking equipment, simple layout, good for a small group getaway. One negative is no WIFI which is crazy in this day and age”

“House is in a very nice neighborhood with friendly, respectful neighbors. Very nice fenced-in back yard for our dogs to enjoy! House was clean ( some stains on carpet on stairs ) with well stocked kitchen. There were some situations where the Vacasa responses from their office was “ automated “ responses and not helpful. BUT, their local maintenance folks were very helpful and they addressed issues. Great restaurants close by was a bonus! ”

“The location is as advertised - across the street from the Florabama. However, we did not realize that you must drive a mile down the road to public beach #4 for beach access. Thankfully, we were there during the off-season, and we found parking at the beach access easily each day. This could be a hassle if you stay during the high season.Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the proximity to the Florabama and Waffle House. ”

“This home was beautiful and the perfect size for our huge family. You are less than a mile from Publix, which made shopping for food and other miscellaneous items a breeze. The community was equally as beautiful, especially the pool area. Thank you for hosting us for graduation weekend! See you again soon! ”
