We had the best fall break at this condo in Perdido Key! The location was perfect — easy access to both the beach and the bay. My husband and son loved fishing from the community dock every day, and I enjoyed how peaceful and relaxing the area was. The condo was spotless and exactly as described — comfortable, well-equipped, and a great location for our stay. This was our first time visiting Perdido Key, and we’re already planning our next trip. I can’t wait to come back!

Everything about our stay was AMAZING!! The location was perfect with only a short walk to the beach with easy access. The pool was perfect and we pretty much always had it to ourselves. The place was spotless when we arrived and everything was just as described. Can’t wait to stay here again!!!

My family had a wonderful stay. I love that the location is away from the busy traffic but also close enough to get anywhere you need to. The beach was never crowded and the sunset on the pier was amazing. We will be back!

The doors to the balcony didn’t work properly. The shade on the balcony didn’t work either. There is only one tv located in the condo. The landscape needs to be tended to. The bed in the master bedroom is hard. The condo was clean and convenient for my stay.

Girls trip!

We had the best girls trip, and our stay at Molokai added to our amazing time. We loved the location - beach AND bay access a pool. I have stayed at Molokai multiples times through the years, and these properties are always consistent and a great value.
