This condo included a binder full of recommendations, a starting supply of essentials, and extras that would be designed for a temporary stay. The small touches really showed that they cared about our the guest. Small details of labeling the light switches, and personable touches really made the stay pleasant. I would love to stay here again in the future.”

“Perdido Key is one of our favorite beaches. We have stayed at Phoenix IX three different times. The property is well maintained and is central to different attractions, shopping and restaurants that are our favorites. ”

“Gem of a condo! Great location, great home. Clean and comfortable with so many little amenities that made for a great stay. There were wine and chocolates for a welcome gift - much appreciated after our long drive - and plenty of coffee for breakfast. A loaded kitchen made cooking easy and the bed was a cloud! Easy access to both beach and pool was a big plus. Owners were helpful thru all with quick response to a minor maintenance issue mid-week. Will certainly be checking availability next time...
