The owners of the property were very pleasant to work with and communicated well. However the property itself was not what we had expected The backyard was fenced in as described, however there really was not much grass, it was mostly weeds and sand and a lot of fire ants which I did bring to the owner's attention and she said she would have it taken care of. The house wasn't dirty but it wasn't real clean either. It was ok for a short visit but I wouldn't want to stay there long term. Compared to other Vrbo homes we have stayed in in the past, we were a bit disappointed with this one.

A convenient location in a quiet community. I loved the soaker tub and my kids loved having a TV in each of their rooms. We made coffee every morning and played board games at night. The host, Jessica, was quick to respond to our needs. A very comfortable stay, thank you for having us!

Hands down the best little house for us and our little dog! Back yard was main attraction for our Gracie! She chased lizards and watched the squirrels in the trees behind the house! We had everything we needed in this clean house and were very comfortable and relaxed. Great location to beaches, restaurants and other attractions ! Loved it!

We loved that the house had everything we needed for the beach. It was very nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, toys, ect. The house was perfect for our needs. Super clean and cute.

Property is very nice, spacious rooms, very nice fenced in back yard with a Pergola. House was in good shape with a up to date kitchen, full sized washer and dryer! Host was quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. There was an issue when we first arrived (out of the Host's control!), involving the one smaller bedroom. Once I contacted the host, she had someone from the cleaning group, return and address it. I scored the cleanliness a 4 due to this issue, it was out of the Host's direct control, but should not have happened. The house is about a 10 or so minute drive from the nearest beach, in a quiet neighborhood. The drive is wide enough for two cars to park on, comfortably!

This place was absolutely perfect!! Super clean, great location, and very convenient to everything. The home had everything you would need to meet all of your daily needs for your stay. The house was clean, and we loved all the updated appliances, and amenities. The owners were on the spot with any questions, or concerns, and very helpful. We highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in a beautiful location!!! Will definitely be booking again when we return!!!

This home is conveniently located near Pensacola NAS, shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, nicely decorated and we had everything we needed from coffee,pet snacks and laundry detergent. The host was awesome! Very nice, responsive and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

This an amazing little retreat in the Pensacola area! Brought my family of five down for a week and couldn't have asked for better accomodations! From the kitchen having everything you could need (Tupperware for leftovers, seasonings, a full coffee bar, and even a welcome snack bucket) to the beach blankets, chairs, and umbrellas, all our known needs and even unknown needs were met. Wife and daughter enjoyed the extra "girl pampering" products that were included. And on a practically note the extra trash bags, laundry and dish detergent were something we didn't think about packing before leaving home. It's a short drive to the beach, town and Walmart and Targets only minutes away. They include a guide to the area with suggestions and drive times as well. With quick responses and exceptional customer service, we will definitely be returning to this retreat from normal life. 10 stars!

This adorable house was the perfect place for our short family getaway. It was clean and so cute on the inside with lots of special touches. We loved the area, especially how close it was to the beach at Perdido. The backyard looked amazing with the lights on!! Jessica, the host, communicated very well and everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back to Sunny Side Up....
