We lost almost the entire day!!! I paid for 6 nights and now I'm wondering who's going to pay me for something I shouldn't have to do! The apologies are no longer relevant! They ruined our vacation, and we traveled 18 hours just to be treated this way!It was nice to have shampoo, con
