Overall it was a successful trip, however there was some wear and tear that was visible in the condo. The master bed felt as if the springs were broken and a mattress topper was put on to mask it. However, communication was good and they offered to come take a look.

Great Weekend Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing time at this property. We drank coffee on the dock and spent some time at the beach. This property is conveniently located.

Nice and quaint

Beach mouse in the house so need to protect.. chip, bread, and veggies. Fans in bathrooms need to be cleaned. Arms of the couch are dirty! Head a great time regardless l.

Molokai Spearfishing Trip

The property was very nice, clean, and as advertised. We were there to enjoy the gulf, which we did. A key for us was being able to dock our 26 foot center console at the property and the slips were perfect for us. We will be back soon!

Wonderful vacation spot

Clean condo for a modest price! The pool was 10 feet away from our back door, and the complex was very clean. We look forward to renting again next year!

Our favorite place

Another Memorial Day weekend at our favorite getaway. Had two issues that were corrected immediately. One was main TV was going out. Owners replaced quickly. Impressive. Now, I just need the owners to sell the place to me? We love it here.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed here for four nights. Condo was clean- with the exception of a few cups in the cabinet that were dirty but we washed them so no big deal. very short walk to the beach. keep an eye out for the complex when you’re driving, especially at night. poor signage and lighting. but none of these factors would keep us from staying again. very convenient!

Couldn’t be better!!!

They do t give the option for a 10 but that’s how I would rate it if I could. This property was exactly how it was listed and the pictures are pretty spot on. It does look even better when you get there. Location was great right by the pool and we could get anywhere we wanted or needed to be in Pensacola very easily. The beach across the street was so close and beautiful sand. Very quiet area. So many great places to eat close by and you had a Publix and Winn Dixie in easy driving distance. The kitchen was well appointed and we prepared two full dinners with every utinil you’d ever need. The beds were extremely comfortable and air conditioner worked perfect!!! Bathrooms were very clean with plenty of towels. We would come back here in a heartbeat! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

Friendly communication although when calling it is hard to get ahold of someone. You will get a response eventually though. The place was not as clean as I thought it would be but I understand it's hard when you are in a beach location & people constantly staying. The walk to the beach was not quite what I expected but not too bad. If you're looking for a view of the water I would not recommend. There was a broken cabinet & dishwasher front panel that was pretty quickly fixed upon notification. It was nice & quiet in the neighborhood. The beds & couches were nice & comfortable & the air conditioning worked great!

One week stay

The week was very enjoyable. The condo was perfect for our group. Two complaints. Small flying insects the whole week. Maybe sand flies of some kind in the condo. Also, the master bath toilet would sometimes hang up and kept running. Otherwise very nice.

Beautiful place but NOT for fishing or enjoying the bay!

The good - This was a beautiful, spacious and clean place to stay and the property was very quiet and enjoyable. The beach access is just a short walk across the street. The bad - The entire bayside private beach, pavilion and fishing peir are totally unusable and the fishing peir is actually GONE. There's broken glass and weeds all over the private beach area. The rental owner didn't care about our concerns or apologize for the fact that it wasn't mentioned in the listing. They just told us to stay out of the area since it was blocked off. If you're booking this rental for the beach it's great but if you want the enjoyment of peaceful bayside activities and fishing DON'T BOOK IT!

We loved it!

Perfect stay!

Beautiful, well appointed condo. Everything we needed except dish soap (which is such a first world complaint). The condo looks recently to have undergone a complete remodel and updating. It was just beautiful. Would stay here again in a hot mnute.

As Advertised

This place was great! The location was where we needed to be. It was homey and comfortable. It was clean. The lighting and signage at the entrance from the main road could be updated and clearer so you can see your way in at night. Access to the beach is just across the street. The pool is not huge but is accessible. Could've been a little cleaner. We did not need anything during our stay but had multiple text offers if we did need help and I am confident any issues would have been addressed immediately.
