  • W0600: Beautiful one bedroom condo with easy elevator access on the sixth floor. This property offers magnificent views of the Gulf from the living area and bedroom, both with balcony access. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. This property has been newly upgraded with state of the art electronics, new furnishings, and new tile throughout! The living room has a flat screen TV and Blue Ray player; the master bedroom has a TV and a DVD player. The master bedroom has an attached bath with a Jacuzzi tub - there is a second bathroom so that you can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Monthly rentals are only available during January and February. Full size washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi.

Great Condo!

Everything was great, no complaints. The view was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, plenty of room, kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. Plenty of towels. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was super convenient to the beach and pool area. There’s a great pool there. We enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion I have for improving the unit would be that the master bath can really use an update/remodel. Everything worked, but it needs an update. The staff at the check-in desk was very nice. We would stay there again.

Perfect vacation spot

Had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Enjoyed reading on the balcony watching the waves daily. Beach was gorgeous! Since the weather was on the chilly side we really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs. We would definitely stay there again! Great location and close to everything!

Right on the beach!

Beautiful location. You can tell the property has some heavy wear and tear, but overall really well maintained. The condo was great. The master bath is a little weird and dated but very spacious double sinks. The front bathroom was really nice and had the washer and dryer--which was great for washing our beach towels and suits each night. The bed was really comfy, kids liked the pull out couch fine. Patio was great and enjoyed coffee there every morning while staying. The beach and water were so nice we didn't even use any of the pools or hot tubs, but they looked really nice too. No need to take a dolphin cruise as we saw them almost daily from the beach and condo. They were a stone's throw away at one point when we were in the water. There are grocery stores (Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart) just a short drive into Perdido Key. We used the chair service on the beach and it was great. They give you a deal for multi day use. Wish they served drinks, but we made our own and brought them down with us. We also got to see the Blue Angels practice right from the beach there. That was super cool! We really enjoyed our visit.

Great property

Really nice property! Very clean and loved all the amenities! Beach was beautiful and was not crowded! Can’t wait to come again
