Condo was wonderful with breathtaking views. However, the coffee maker and oven did not work well. Very clean place and super comfortable beds and common area furniture. Something to keep in mind: I left behind a few items in the bathroom on accident (I know this for sure), and I contacted the condo management company, but they told me the cleaners didn’t find anything, so don’t expect to get your stuff back if it’s left behind.

Perfect Spot

This condo has a breath taking ocean view. This getaway was all we dreamed of and more! The condo was comfortable, cozy, and convenient to all we needed! We would stay again and highly recommend to all looking for a quieter stay just a few miles away from shopping, eating, and fun!

Short trip

We have stayed in this building many times. This unit is adequate for what we needed. Good location. Good floor (13) to view wildlife from the balcony. Good swimming location. Across from our favorite pizza (Lillian's). Loved the table and chairs on the balcony. The unit is older with stained, but comfortable furniture. Older appliances, but all worked. Decor was minimal and not well though out. That didn't bother us, but did affect my overall rating. Some maintenance and updating would be a plus. The price was good value and that reflects the current state. We never realized the building is not very well insulated between floors until this visit with a rude person above us scraping chairs on the tile and watching loud TV at all hours of the night and morning. Duly noted for future reference.

Serene, Clean, Marine, but No Caffeine

Everything was wonderful. The view is amazing. The accommodations were clean. The marine life, the birds, (pelicans, herons and seagulls mostly), and the boats passing by occasionally, was entertaining at times, peaceful and relaxing to observe from the balcony. That particular stretch of beach is sparsely populated, relatively speaking, and really nice to take early morning and late evening walks on. Two issues that were a little disappointing: There were two coffee makers. Both were broken/non-working. The other issue: This only happened two days. Despite the fact that it's supposed to be a no smoking property, there was someone smoking while sitting out on their balcony. Their smoke filled our balcony. They were only there two days, but it was still a disappointment. I imagine we could have called and complained about the broken coffee makers and the cigarette smoke, but we made do. Sometimes when you complain, it can backfire. We didn't want angry neighbors, and figuring out how to make coffee without coffee makers is easy enough. Still, we would highly recommend working with Vacasa. Everything went smoothly, and there were people on site to care for any issues. Thank you for a wonderful time, Vacasa!

Beautiful Views

We enjoyed a month long stay in this condo. It was clean and well- stocked. The kitchen had a pizza pan, muffin pan, casserole dishes, and plenty of other pots and pans. The balcony has comfortable zero gravity chairs as well as a table and seating. Cleanliness 10; Safety equipment 10; Kitchen Function 10 ( has everything you need to cook, serve , and clean,) ; Laundry function 7 ( washing machine is loud and slow but it does the job) Maintenance 8( could use paint touch ups, updated furniture, washing machine) ; furniture and comfort 7 : view from balcony PRICELESS!; Overall experience 9( Would definitely stay here again) Perhaps for winter guests more blankets could be provided. Tip for guests: If during a windy night you hear a shrill whistling sound, put a towel at the bottom of the Living room sliding door.

Beautiful beach area

Loved the beach and pool combination. The condo was cute and comfortable. The view was gorgeous and people in the area friendly. The location wasnt super built up which was nice. The main road was a bit hard to pull out onto. Would suggest little charges like providing beach towels and basic spices.

Great Stay

Great room, great location on the beach with a great view, near good restaurants. The only reason I gave a 4 on the check -in is because there is no early check-in. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to have the option. I would stay again.

Perdido Key is pardise

The location of the condo, the ease of check-in, parking, and check-out were so easy. We booked this condo specifically because it included a chair and umbrella setup at the beach for the entire stay. We were notified by Vacasa a couple of weeks before arrival and notified that the relationship with the beach service had been cancelled. We called Vacasa directly and were told that we would not receive a credit. That disappointed us. All the balconies in the building overlook the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony was a good size that accommodated a high top table for 4, and a few extra chairs for seating. We were very disappointed with the internet. You would not think that would be a concern for a leisurely trip to the beach. However, when we wanted to research things to do or restaurants, we had a very spotty connection. It was frustrating. The unit needed some bulbs replaced and some plumbing issues addressed. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Not what I expected

There was no staff on site. Trying to find our room was a nightmare as there were no directions on where to go. Fire alarms went off at 3:00 AM for 2 hours and staff on phone hung up on and were no help at all. I would not recommend this place

Excellent trip

Condo was very well maintained and clean upon arrival. All pictures are true to the property. We will definitely be back. I would recommend upgrading to smart tv’s. That was the only negative of the stay. Will definitely rent this one again. View was excellent and property in close proximity to restaurants, stores and activities.
