Location on beach was the stand out. List of things broken before our arrival left on counter. Sliding glass doors would not lock.

Parking is awful . Had a few issues with the condo , that they addressed . Toaster barely worked, had to have them replace the keurig, cover the stained couch, only 3 spoons in kitchen. Surface light on microwave was out . Furnished with old uncomfortable furniture.

Good house, TERRIBLE parking

The condo was a perfect get away place. Very clean and cozy. The parking and communication were terrible. The bottom garage parking had a 6”8 clearance and the top parking had a tight, narrow turn. We were in a slightly modified F-250 and couldn’t park at the property. When it was brought to their attention, they told us to park in the “over flow” parking across the street which was also a tow away zone. You could also see that other vehicles have scraped their cars on the walls. I do not recommend bringing a larger vehicle!

Little slice of heaven

Overall the stay was great! It was so peaceful. We live local and just wanted to “get away” for Christmas and it was perfect! I’d say the bed and couch need replacing soon as it’s a little lumpy but other than that, we loved it! Left it clean for the cleaners to just take the linens and go! Will definitely stay again!

Amazing

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfectly placed right on the beach and above the pool. The beach wasn't very crowded and I loved watching all the kids hunt for crabs at night. We plan on bringing the rest of our kids next year to stay :) The only con would be that kids (and a few nights some adults) stay in the pool pretty late and were fairly loud. As were the people above us and it made it hard to sleep some nights. However that has nothing to do with this condo in particular.

Nice place

The unit was very nice. The parking is kind of tight, having to drive up a ramp that is very narrow. We never saw a security guard or anyone at the libby desk, but that could be because it wasn't the main season for tourists. We did get a courtesy call from Vacasa to be sure we found everything we needed after we checked in. I also called them to ask for gym location, and the person I talked to was helpful.

Great stay!

It was in a great location! Away from the busier areas made for a peaceful experience! Very comfortable unit with everything needed! Beautiful views! Parking for a larger vehicle is tight and you may have to park across the street in the extra lot.

Great location

Great location and nice condo. However, internet was out the entire stay. We could not watch TV in living room as it required internet to work. Talked to 2 different people with Vacasa with no results. Will not stay at a Vacasa managed property again.

Great Location

The location of this condo is amazing, right on the beach. Ocean view. The king size bed is one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. Half of it slopes and you feel like you are going to fall off the bed. The towels are so thin you can see through them and stained. It was clean. The best part was the view and proximity to the water.
