This property was absolutely perfect for our three family spring break, tons of space and all of the amenities you could dream of for an elevated vacation. Pool and hot tub was awesome for the kids and adults, volleyball was a hit, kayaking, putting matches, fishing off the dock, March madness in the pool! Kitchen was huge and well stocked, multiple fridges and dishwashers, multiple laundry. Beach was a 10 minute walk but they had two wagons, chairs, umbrella and games, plus parking at visitor center. We even saw dolphins almost everyday multiple times. Can’t recommend this spot enough if you don’t need to be on the ocean and want all the amenities with a short walk to the beach.

There were 11 of us in total (mostly adults) and the house fit us perfectly! We most enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and had the best time playing volleyball. The kitchen has two large islands with an overly stocked kitchen which made meal time extremely easy. Most of our group went on the water daily on the kayaks and paddle boards. We purposely picked this home because there was so much to do that we never even really left. My only regret is that we only stayed 4 nights!

We loved this home! 12 of us spent a week here with 5 kids under the age of 12 and 7 adults. Very comfortable and impossible to get bored. The kids were happy the whole trip. Better than a resort!

We had a fabulous time. We actually never left the house for 5 days. We fished mostly, swam, enjoyed the hot tub and watched games at the outside bar...... we grilled and enjoyed mornings and sunsets outside.... all amazing. Thank you for providing your beautiful home.The home was clean, beautiful, and well appointed. There was so much to enjoy on property that we never left except for groceries. Everyone in our family asked that we come back to this home for another stay!

This is the second time I have rented a property from Eric Bailey, so I knew it would be wonderful. Villa Vista is simply amazing, with water views all around. The house is very clean, well maintained and furnishings up to date and comfortable. Outside, the home is beautifully landscaped/manicured, the pool is fabulous, and the outside furnishings provide more than anyone could need. Top of the line seating on the pier and around the pool is perfect. The owners have outfitted this home with everything a family could need, both inside and for outside entertainment. My family enjoyed to kayaks and paddle boards, and the ability to watch ballgames while lounging in the pool was a fan favorite. The downstairs area is huge and great for teens to get away from the rest of the family, or for the men to congregate in a well-furnished "man cave"! This home is perfect for any group. When I rent vacation properties, I ensure the best I can that the family will be comfortable, safe and the home is well appointed and clean. When renting this house, I knew all of those things would be in play because Eric Bailey ensures his properties are top notch.

Excellent property and host

Highly recommend this property any other property that the owners host. Most accurate property description we have ever booked. Host definitely has family in mind with how the property is furnished with activities and amenities. Playpens, strollers, highchairs, activities indoor and out for all ages. Perfect home for our annual family trip of 15

Everything about the property was great. Location, pool, beach, and amenities. (especially the sand volleyball as we are a family of volleyball players) We have a family of 15 with ages ranging from 8 to 88 and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen. We rented a boat for the week, so the boat dock and location were perfect. We highly recommend this beautiful property!!

Beautiful house, wonderful stay, amazing hosts

Just returned from our stay at Villa Vista and we are all ready to return. From the beautiful, well-appointed rooms and extraordinary kitchen, to the magnificent pool area, hot tub, pier/pavilion/dock and game room, everything was perfect for our family stay and get together. Eric and Lindsey were both so nice and accommodating, if there is anything you need, they will help. We needed help with the TV in the living room and the one by the pool, and Lindsey came right away to help! We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was at the paradise!

Wonderful amenity filled property

It was as great as the listing description and pictures. Spacious and well equipped. Beautiful property. Great views of the bay and fabulous sunsets. We will be back again. Concierge was excellent.

Family vacation April 2024

This house is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for our family of 10 family vacation. The pool was heated, clean and just perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped and all appliances were is excellent condition. There are fishing poles and loads of water and sand toys for the little ones. We have been going on family vacations for several years and this was the first time that the concierge checked in almost daily to make sure that everything was going well. Very nice folks. HIGH RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!

This Place Has It All!

This is our second time staying at Villa Vista, and we love it! The location is hard to beat having the best of both worlds: on the bay and the state park and beach within walking distance. Sunrise at the beach each morning with dolphins and even a bald eagle and sunsets each evening on the dock that will just blow you away! Love the gorgeous kitchen with everything you’ll need for a large group! We only ate lunch out twice and cooked dinner at home each night. This year we took advantage of the pickleball courts in the neighborhood and adults and kids alike had a blast! They had some paddles and balls but we also had a set of 4. There are two stationary courts and one portable net. The sidewalk/path should be complete soon making it even easier to ride bikes or walk with littles on the main road. We stayed with 3 families and one set of grandparents (8 adults and 7 kids ages 2-9) this year and felt like we had plenty of common space for all. There is one bedroom on the second floor that is a bit smaller that would be good for a couple or maybe teens; just not as much space for luggage or moving around. We put all the kids but the 2 year old in the bunk room that sleeps 8 and they loved it! But there’s 5 bunks in the other rooms we didn’t even use! The heated pool, hot tub and swim up bar are favorites with our crew. We will definitely be back!
