The Best Yet

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property but 1st time in this unit and it was by far my favorite. The view is stunning, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. We loved the recliners as well. There were only 2 things that were not the best. One more so than the other which was a lot of the pans and dishes were not clean and had food on them. Not a big deal because I washed them all, but the biggest issue which is not the property managers fault was the codes to enter the main building and pool area from the beach. Most of the time our code didn’t work and we’d have to wait for someone to let us in. We were late coming in one night and had to wait for someone to let us in. We also got caught in the rain one day because the code for the gate going from the beach to the pool area didn’t work and we had to wait for someone to open it for us. By then we were soaked. That was our biggest issue during our stay which all in all isn’t a huge deal. I definitely understand and appreciate the safety aspect of it, but it became a little annoying after the first few times it happened. Despite that though, it was an amazing trip and we’re already looking to book our stay in this unit for next year! Thank you for allowing us to to stay in your beautiful unit!!

The corner windows in the master bedroom provided stunning views of the beach & ocean! It was conveniently located near The Jellyfish Restaurant which was a great place for food & drinks! The only issue we experienced was our room code sometimes didn’t work on the first try. It was not such a problem that we needed to contact our host though.

Great Last Minute Trip

We decided very last minute to take this much needed beach vacation and it was awesome! Loved the simplicity of check in/check out procedures and the fact that everything from parking passes to wristbands was in our condo when we arrived so we could immediately start our vacation!!! It was short and sweet just for the weekend but we will be back!!! Thank you so very much for the hospitality!

Best ever

We family vacationed for years in Destin. We came here to Perdido Key for the first time last year. A hidden gym for family vacation. Beautiful beaches and “grand” condos and wonderful smaller family condos. Perdido Sun is one of those smaller condo buildings. Great because the beach is not elbow to elbow seating and lots of room to sit up your own chair and umbrella if you don’t rent. The condo itself was equipped well. We prepared our own meals 3nights and had everything needed to cook. There was plenty of seating space in living area, deck and dining area. Bed rooms were clean and spacious. Baths were clean and plenty of towels and washcloths. Weather was wonderful the whole week. Had rain on late afternoon and night, the rest of the time beautiful sunny weather. I would give Perdido Sun 708 an excellent A rating.

Beautiful and comfortable

Condo was exactly as shown in pictures. All furnishings were very nice and comfortable and condo was very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen. Had one minor problem and host was extremely responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Place

Beautiful place and beach. Beach beautiful but is pretty steep where it goes into the water which goes pretty deep pretty quickly. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful view.

Clean, spacious and great view

Dan and Patty’s place was clean, comfortable (between the chairs in the living room and beds), great view, easy access to beach, and Dan was responsive when we needed something. Would have been good if there was at least sugar, salt and pepper, oil, etc. We had to buy everything including our own toilet paper and cleaning detergents because there was not enough for a 1 week stay. If I were to come to perdido key again I would stay here again. Thank you!
