We had a wonderful time staying in this condo! We’d never stayed so high up in a building before and that was a unique experience to see the beach from such a different vantage point! Plenty of room for our family to spread out and have our own space. We planned to have a fifth person with us who couldn’t come so definitely had plenty of room! I loved the view of the water from the giant windows and doors opening straight out to the really large deck in this particular condo! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might want to cook easy meals while on the beach - including both a crockpot and instapot! And when I saw that there were a limited number of silverware in the kitchen and let the maintenance staff know, they left several packages of brand new forks, knives, and spoons to fill the gaps! The managing company was excellent to work with and frequently communicated with us to make sure everything was going well. The bottom drawer of the oven got stuck in an open position one morning and they sent someone over to fix it within a few hours! Great job!!! We might be back because we loved this particular condo. Only downside was the parking deck was pretty tight as far as getting in and out of it do to curving concrete walked drive. That is the only downside I could think of! So if you drive a large SUV, it might need to park in the parking lot instead of the garage. Oh and the extra large hot water heater was a great perk given the jetted tun was actually able !
