Everything was perfect! It was so aesthetically pleasing from top to bottom! My family ate up this luxury the whole week! The pool, the tvs outside, Japanese toilets, what more could you ask for!? All the photos are accurate, it is pure perfection!!! We will be back for sure!!

The Elliot is a gem in Perdido Key! We stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration and had a wonderful experience. The house is stunning, and the host’s communication and attention to detail were world-class. They truly went out of their way to make our stay special. Five stars all around!

This place is even better than photos (and those are pretty impressive). I’ve never been on a beach vacation where I felt absolutely no need to leave the property. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and watching bowl football games while sitting in the pool. The kids were never bored and were always fishing, kayaking, swimming, or paddle boarding. Things that seem like little things at a vacation rental actually made a huge amount of difference ex, sharp knives, big pans for family meals, ample sitting areas both inside and out. We are already looking into booking for next year at the same time. Oh and let me not forget about the host. No question was too small. Always kind, always accommodating and extremely quick responses.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Communication with the owner was immediate, quick, and clear. The house is very well laid out for a group (we had four couples and were very comfortable) and the kitchen is equipped as well as any place we have stayed before. All the appropriate utensils, pots, pans, etc., that you would hope for. The pool deck is out of this world. Location is great with the state park beach right across the road. Five stars all around. Could not have been happier with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every amenity you could possibly need and then some. It was clear that a lot of thought went into organizing and stocking the house — everything was easy to find and made our stay so comfortable. The bunk rooms had very generous and plush bunkbeds nestled in the cutest little nooks. Upon entering the front door, it smells like the lobby of a five star resort. The manager was incredibly friendly and always available to answer any questions we had. She even had a remote control for a TV overnighted to the house when it was reported that one wasn’t working. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Luxury Retreat Indeed

Vacation time spent here with family was more than could be imagined. The secluded property with plentiful amenities made for a refreshing retreat; allowing us to disconnect and recharge by the gorgeous pool with baja shelf and swim up bar. Garage comes fully stocked with Igloo branded coolers, water recreational toys, three easy to ride bikes; which we enjoyed throughout our stay. The interior was a dream, from the foyer to open-concept living, we were extremely comfortable in our spaces. I could go on-and-on about the finishing features making the kitchen look so stunning, and the lavish supply of pantry summer essentials and coffee nook was much an amenity! Taking to the pool was truly palatial with expansive fire pit and what I called, “the Cubes”-- rattan daybeds to start my morning stretches. The view from every corner of this house was absolutely captivating; whether that be lounging poolside, indoor R&R, or fishing on the canal.Time slowed down here at this absolute retreat that my whole family fell in love with. A gorgeous mural spanning the whole living room is the most elegant one we’ve seen– perfect tone to tie in the whole property. Indoor and outdoor vacation mode whichever space you choose to play. Hands down a private resort!

Resort at Home

We were fortunate to rent the Elliot for spring break this year. It was truly an incredible getaway destination. This vacation home has all of the amenities and is situated in the perfect location between Orange Beach and Perdido Key. Nestled in the cutest neighborhood on the bay, The Elliot is just steps from the beach, and only minutes from grocery stores, the most popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. It is full of everything for everyone and all ages. There is a well-equipped top of the line kitchen and bar for cooking and preparing our meals, the most comfortable beds and room oasis for everyone, smart tvs in every room, outdoor dining areas, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, etc. The floor plan is extremely open, modern, and spacious. There are quality paddle boards and kayaks for those who want to venture out into the bay. The pool area is like a resort, complete with a swim up bar and shaded outdoor recliners. It was so nice and quiet! One could spend their entire vacation without ever leaving the house, but there is also a multi-use trail loop and the aforementioned watercraft for those who want to venture out. You do not have to bring anything but your clothing, all of the towels and beach gear are already provided. There’s even a beer fridge and an outdoor ice maker in the garage! The host was so easy to work with and always checking on us to be sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

One word: Amazing

We did a lot of research trying to find the perfect winter getaway in Florida and we found it. The hosts were super responsive with all of our questions prior to booking. Also our point of contact during the stay was responsive within minutes for the few times we had questions. Although we experienced 8” of snow during our stay, Elliot did not disappoint. It’s worth noting this property has a natural gas pool/hot tub heater that is not common for the area and it allowed us to enjoy the water activities in an actual snowstorm. Might not matter as much during warmer weather, but this saved our trip while being snowed in for two days. The house is simply amazing, clean, bright, and stocked with literally anything you could think of needing during a stay. Literally a 5 star accommodations.Also it’s tucked in the back corner of a cul de sac in a clean and quiet neighborhood. Neighborhood has state park on both sides but is minutes from all the action you could want.*Bonus: we had dolphins swimming off the dock 3 separate times during our 6 day stay.We will be back to this property in the future for sure.

Excellent property. Wonderful house with ton's of room. Great pool, grill, and amenities. We docked our boat and that was good also. Superb house. Excellent follow-up to our check-in and staying process. Hostess or owners were great and responsive.
