4 NOCHES MÍNIMO DURANTE LA TEMPORADA ALTA.
Estírate y relájate en el condominio del primer piso, decorado con gusto, con una hermosa vista del Golfo de México. NO NECESITA UN ASCENSOR ... a solo unos pasos de su balcón privado y tiene fácil acceso a la playa, a la bañera de hidromasaje, a las piscinas cubiertas o al aire libre, así como al gimnasio con duchas. Esta unidad de un dormitorio, 1. 5 baños duerme cómodamente 4 con una cama king size en el dormitorio principal, así como un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar.
El condominio está completamente equipado para satisfacer todas sus necesidades y el personal de recepción está allí para brindarle indicaciones sobre las atracciones locales y ayudarlo en todo lo que pueda.

No hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad, sin embargo, hay instalaciones de lavandería que funcionan con monedas en la planta baja para uso de los huéspedes.

Loved it!

We had another great stay. This was our 4th stay and is the perfect condo for us. Located right on the beach and with a pool right down our private stairs. Love it!

Family Getaway

This was the perfect place for our beach getaway. We loved the easy pool and beach access. As listed, it’s truly just a few steps away and had a great view of the beach! The condo was plenty of space and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Property and location great. Took in sights and just relaxed on the beach, pool and fished right there. Would highly recommend this place to relax and eat out, which has several places literally across the street for kids and adults.

Had a great week at Perdido Sun! Our condo was clean and well taken care of. Being on the ground floor is a huge plus if you are bringing kids. Would absolutely come back.

Perfect location! 100% paradise

Very clean (and I’m picky about that)! Convenient and perfect location! Step off the private patio and you’re at the pools and hot tub! Walk past the pools and your feet are in the beautiful, clean, sand at beach! Gorgeous view of the beach from condo! Will definitely book this condo again!

As described

Overlooks both pools and hot tub. Easy access to beach and it’s a nice beach. Condo had everything we needed. Property is well kept. Everyone was nice. Pizza, burger, sushi and breakfast restaurant directly across the st. A couple souvenir shops and an ice cream place too.

It’s a clean place to stay. I didn’t realize that we were on top of pool. Great for children back steps lead to Pool. Only problem we had people slamming gate to pool very loud other than that was a nice place

Review of stay

The property was clean and very well maintained. It was great being right on the beach. Since VRBO was having problems with their computers and never sent an e-mail with what I needed to have prior to my arrival, it was great the owner took care of everything for me. she was very helpful.

Nice stay with an asterisk

While the unit was as advertised and in a wonderful location, many of the other tenants were loud, drinking at the pool, and playing large sound systems at the poolside. When we asked the property coordinator, she said she could ask them to turn it down but they don’t have to. Unless there are clearer standards and penalties for unruly tenants, we likely won’t stay here again.

2nd Perdido Sun Trip

Arrived on time for check-in at 4 pm which was good, once to room found no house keeping had been on site to clean room, so called Host rep several times and was unable to make contact with her for over 2 hours, third try finally made contact with her while trying to buy sheets to sleep for the night and advised she would get someone there as soon as possible. Cleaning staff showed up about 8pm and left right before 10pm. Faciality and staff were great but host rep was the worst experience we have had traveling. would recommend a different room.

Honest Review

Overall we loved the location of the condo, being on the first floor and steps away from the pool and beach were perfect. Also being right across the street to shops and food is a plus for sure ! There are however a few things that need to be changed in the condo. The fridge and freezer were great, the air worked great. I would give it a B+ on cleanliness only because we saw crumbs on the pullout couch mattress and something melted and chocolate was in the fridge when we got there. The master bedroom door lock is on the wrong side (locks from the outside instead of inside) which is not good when you need some adult time alone. The furniture and artwork and bedding need some major updating. I knew the decor was out of date when I booked but I booked anyway due to the fact that it was on the first floor. We loved Perdido Sun condos and being on first floor . I would definitely stay here again maybe just in a more updated condo. (May just be the owners taste in decor) But I wanted to give an honest review ! Also not having a washer dryer was new for us (condos we usually stay in have that ) but it was also kinda nice NOT doing any laundry !!! They had plenty of towels in the bathroom so no need to wash those.

Great Stay

This is a small but very convenient one bedroom condo. Comfortably sleeps 4. Very easy pool/beach access. This is our second year to stay here and we will be back!

First time to visit Perdido Key. The area has a laid back vibe. The complex is a low-density population complex. The location of the unit in the complex is super convenient. Steps away from the pool & easy beach access.

Great location!

Property is exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, fully equipped. Just steps from the pool and boardwalk, you’re right on the sand. We will definitely rent this unit again.
