  • Welcome to the Boardwalk!

    Boardwalk is a triplex located right on the white sandy beaches of Perdido Key. The triplex includes two 3BR units on the lower level, and a 4BR unit on the top, making this unit low density. Has backyard access to a private beach, reserved for all Boardwalk guests.

    Boardwalk #3 is a cute three-bedroom, two-bath with three king beds, and a queen sofa sleeper. Sleeps 8.

    The kitchen is fully equipped including a multi-cup coffee maker and blender. Also provided is the initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours. Washer and dryer on site. Also, enjoy the complimentary Wi-Fi and cable with TV's in every bedroom. This unit is cozy, somewhat rustic, beach atmosphere it's perfect for a family or group of friends spending a few days or even a few weeks at the beach!

    Located just minutes from great restaurants and night life, Boardwalk is a fantastic place to stay. The covered balcony offers an amazing view of the gulf and there are steps directly to the beach and dune walk-over. Now on the property is a shared charcoal grill, picnic tables and outdoor games.

Updates need to be done with kitchen cooking pans. No large skillet . Bedspreads need to be washed between guest. Drawer needs to be fixed. Above unit able to hear walking around. View is amazing.

The condo was perfect for our family. My favorite part was the uncrowded beach. The condo had plenty of room and sleeping space for everyone.

Can’t beat location

The location is everything! Could definitely use new mattresses and some larger pots and pans, but still would stay again! Can’t get more beach front! Really enjoyed our stay, very relaxing.

We recently stayed at Pet Friendly Boardwalk #3 on the Beach – Free Daily Activities, and overall had a great experience.The Good:The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to the water. The house itself is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds were comfortable. It’s also conveniently located near several great food spots, making dining out easy and enjoyable.The Not-So-Good:There were a few minor issues during our stay. The TV had lines running through the screen, which made it a bit difficult to watch. The oven wasn’t as clean as we would have liked, and the pots and pans provided were on the smaller side, which made cooking for a group a little challenging.Overall:Despite a few small inconveniences, the location and size of the home really made this a memorable stay. With a little attention to the minor issues, this place could easily be a top-tier beach rental.

The place is rough. It was touted as family friendly but feels more like a party house. Stairs are in bad shape with exposed screws and a broken board on the path to the beach. Kitchen is very small and not well stocked. Our unit did not have the gate on the deck, others did. Thankfully we brought one. The mattress in the master is horrible. Very squeaky, to the point that we couldn't help laughing about it. Pet friendly? Not very. Because pets are not allowed on the beach at any time, you have to find alternatives for walking to go potty. Good luck with that. The grounds are trashy as is the surrounding area. It is a decent walk to the dog park, which is ok but not convenient enough for regular outings. On the bright side, it is on the beach. We made the best of it but would not be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, close to the beach, comfortable overall. We were really happy with this rental. The covered back porch was really convenient plus enough seating for everyone at the table out there. Loved that there were 3 king beds and I didn't have to deal with a high rise. Besides not having elevators to deal with, it was nice having an uncluttered beachfront. The company was easy to work with as well. I would definitely stay there again!

The place has great modern amenities (kitchen, bathrooms, electronics) and is decorated WONDERFULLY. One of the bedrooms faces the Gulf and has a window you can open to hear the ocean while you sleep. There's also a nice shaded deck with table and chairs you can eat on with the absolute best view of the ocean.

Mold/disappointed

The property needs upgraded, the outside looks horrible, boardwalk number three initial when we stayed at had a lot of black mold, was moved to boardwalk number one. There was a little black mold in that one as well but not as bad as the number three. The floors were horribly dirty, the back deck seemed sketchy at best. I feel like I could have spent my money better elsewhere. Boardwalk number one could be nice if it was fixed up a little bit. The pool table was in bad shape, the pingpong table was falling apart. The underneath of the building was in very bad shape, a lot of spare pieces and parts. The outside of the building was rough. I made it a good time for the family, but seriously that will return to that location again especially for that kind of money. It was Florida, the hurricane missed us and it didn't rain all week so that was nice.
