    We make checking in super easy, onsite at the condo! Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you! As one of our guests, you have access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! We look forward to helping you have the most wonderful vacation possible!

    CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
    All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

    WHAT WE STOCK
    As is common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

    PARKING INFO:
    Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

    SPECIAL NOTES
    * Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
    * No pets allowed.
    * Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
    * No smoking allowed.

Overall a good stay. Great view of the beach, comfortable furniture and beds, and a short walk to the Florabama. Could definitely use an update – the deck furniture is worn, the unit could use a paint job, the sinks and toilets have surface cracks, and the ice maker runs continuously. The host was very responsive, and the unit was a good value.

The place and unit is great!

Absolutely amazing! The views from the condo were beautiful, the beach is just a few steps away, the pool was clean, and the entire property was well kept. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable (the listing needs new pictures, the furniture has been updated). 10/10 highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

Weekend Getaway

Fantastic long weekend trip with friends. The condo was as advertised. Everything we needed was there and worked great. The location is fantastic. Great views of the beach and minutes from the Florabama. Will definitely try and use this condo again.

Loved the condo, great location and loved the amenities. Only recommendation, add new pictures since the furniture upgrade, the are so much prettier. And add that there is a keurig too!! Thank you for a beautiful weekend trip!

Annual Ladies Trip

This was our third time staying at the property and we love it here !!! The young man workinnn he the beach was the absolute best and so helpful for us older ladies . Angel was the security guard and was super sweet and helpful !!! We will be back again !

Great experience

The condo was very clean, well decorated and equipped. The beds were comfy and master bath was great. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and watching the sun peak around the building. The hosts were easy to communicate with and provided clear directions and expectations. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location, great property

It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. We didn't use all the rooms, they look really nice and the bathrooms are great. Everything was functioning properly. The property managers were great about communication. I had a question and they got back to me very quickly. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

Perdido Key - Spanish Key

While parking was an issue for 1 day, it was 4th of July weekend, the condo was really perfect for our needs and very comfortable. Perdido Key continues to be one of the most beautiful big sand beaches with clear water in the U.S. while also being one of the most quiet and calm villages along the Gulf. Only wish I could have permanent moved in.

Great condo!

Some of the furniture had been upgraded from the pictures when I booked so that was nice. The condo is very well decorated. The kitchen and appliances are a little outdated but ok for a vacation rental. Loved the extra ice machine. Great addition to a beach rental. Great communication by rental company and quick responses. Only negative was I felt the floors could have been cleaned better.

April getaway

The double bedroom seemed to lacking attention. Beds were very firm. The other two bedrooms were comfortable. Dressers did not have handles and if closed could not reopen them. The photos of the rental did not march the unit. Amenities like paper products, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex and trash bags should be provided. Overall the location and property was enjoyable and we would recommend this to others. Beach towels and lawn chairs would be a recommended addition. We bought and left chairs.
