  • Tired of the crowds and the traffic. Then you will love Navarre Beach. Located between Destin and Pensacola Beach, it's a quiet family-friendly beach with sugar white sand and emerald colored water. From our 16th floor private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, you can relax and watch the dolphins and rays swim up and down the beach. You'll also see some of the most spectacular sun rises and sun sets.
    Our condo is equipped with all the conveniences of home. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the guest bedroom features two queen beds. Both bedrooms have a TV/DVD combo. The master bath has a walk-in-shower and jetted tub. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo. The condo has free WI/FI included, just in case you need to "stay in touch".
    There are two pools, one of which is heated, and a hot tub along with charcoal grills for your pleasure on the ground floor. There's a fitness center on the first floor.
    Don't forget about the beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) that is included for convenience.

Everything was great especially how well stocked the kitchen was. Being up that high provided quite the view, and having provided laundry room necessities was very helpful. Another wonderful stay at The Pearl.

A lovely and very clean home with a huge backyard in a quiet neighborhood.Close to beaches, restaurants & baseball stadiums.A big TV in the living room and the comfy beds are a big Plus. Jacqueline - our host was very helpful and responsive- we will definitely be coming back!!

Beautiful location!

My family and I had an incredible stay and vacation. The accommodations and location were perfect. The condo had a great view, was very clean, and was well-stocked with towels, games, and cooking utensils. We couldn't have hoped for anything more.

Condo is as pictured. It's gorgeous! Beds are comfortable. View from the balcony is amazing. Kitchen has everything you would need. The beach chair and umbrella service that comes with the rental is nice. You don't have to carry your beach chairs and umbrella back and forth everyday and setup. It's already done for you. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

This was a great place to stay! Condo was clean and spacious. Beds were comfy, HUGE closet in master bedroom and plenty of room in the bathrooms. Wished the balcony was a bit bigger, but overall, great experience and great place to stay!

Always lovely

This was our 8th year to come to Navarre and stay in the Pearl. The condo is well stocked and beautiful. The weather was perfect. We will be back in April.

Navarre has always felt like a home away from home. In 2021 we found The Pearl as a newly married, but also having 2 Young children that just needed a break from reality. We continue to come back and our stay this past weekend was nothing short of amazing! It's always so clean and everything is there for what you might need. Always a pleasure

We have been coming to Navarre for eight years and stay in the same condo each time. (Except once when it was already booked) Merle is always willing to help us "old" ladies out when we need something. We love this condo and its decor.

Never disappointed

We have been staying in Navarre at the Pearl for seven years. Two college friends and i, who graduated in 1971, got back together for these trips. It has been an amazing experience, and the accommodations at the Pearl are fabulous! Our property manager is the absolute best. He does everything he can to make our stay pleasant.
