Summerwind West Resort: balcón envolvente con vistas a la playa y al sonido

Summerwind West es un Resort frente al Golfo en 450 FT de playas de arena con aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México en Navarre Beach, Florida. La unidad 1404 tiene hermosas vistas del golfo desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal y vistas de sonido desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio delantero. ¡Te encantará quedarte en este hogar lejos de casa! La cocina está completamente amueblada y equipada con todos los artículos necesarios para crear una comida por su cuenta si lo desea, incluido un lavaplatos, triturador de basura y todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 6, y también hay 4 taburetes en la barra de desayuno. La sala de estar cuenta con cómodas sillas y un sofá que se convierte en una cama de matrimonio. We absolutely loved this condo!!! The facility was quiet, everyone was friendly, the elevators were quiet, which is typically not the case at the beach. The rooms and condo were very nice and clean.The host responded promptly and was very polite and professional. Parking was not an issue and the restaurants were reasonable in prices. We spent all of our spare time walking to the pier and fishing which was absolutely amazing! If you are tired of crowded beaches and the same old tourist stuff this is definitely the place to stay. You feel much more like a local and we will definitely be staying here again!!!

Was very clean and convenient to stay at property & walk to restaurants-wrap around balcony was a plus-owners were helpful and quickly responded when asked questions-kitchen was well stocked and organized-all bedrooms had bathrooms which worked perfectly for our family-would definitely stay again!

Made it right

When we got to the condo, we found a leak coming from one of the showers so we had to Shut the water off to the condo until it could be fixed. The plumber came out and fixed it but not until we were forced to turn on and off the water for four days. The owner took responsibility and gave us a partial refund on our stay. She was very respectful and helpful getting the plumber there ASAP

Perfect Family Vacation

Great trip!

Highly recommend this condo! The view is amazing and the balcony allows you to take in the the sunset views over the bay along with beach views. The condo was very clean and communication with the owner was prompt and easy. My family would definitely stay again!

Navarra Beach get away

Very nice condo. Views of the ocean was amazing. Its near the pier with the lights at night its spectacular. Tv in every room. All the convenients of home. Either eat in or go out. The ocean is crystal clear and everyone is very friendly!! Will be visiting soon

Just Beachy!

We enjoyed 1404 so much! The pictures do not do it justice. The condo is absolutely beautiful! We loved not having to move around silly decorations to make room for our stuff. It is beautifully decorated and everything has a purpose. Having a regular coffee pot was perfect for our family, but also liked the option of the Keurig. This was the first condo in 30 years that actually had sharp knives! We did go purchase a couple things at the Dollar Tree: a mat for when we came in the door (wet kiddo!), an anti slip for the tub for my parents tub, and some plastic rubber ware. If we had little kids we would have need some plastic bowls because everything is glass. The hot water and water pressure was great! Beds were comfy. Outdoor seating was what we needed. Security staff by the pool were very kind. We also loved having the lifeguards right in front of the condo. The weather wasn’t perfect, but the lifeguards spoke to us daily about what areas were safe for our kiddos! If you are looking for yummy seafood we recommend: Where Y’all At (such a dive and our favorite meal!), Scooters, Dewey’s, and the local steamer!

Beautiful views!

Cute, comfortable condo with amazing views and a wrap-a-round balcony. It was perfect for my family if 6. Elevators were fast and there is a convenient store/gift shop on the first floor. I highly recommend renting this condo!

Beautiful place!

This place was beautiful and the views are amazing. Location to pier is incredible with just a short walk over to it. We enjoyed access to pools and hot tubs and the fact that there was a small store on first floor was very helpful. We had a few elevator issues which were resolved in a timely manner and response from owner was fast. We loved this place and want to return.

1st time to Navarre Beach but our annual Florida vacay

Property was all that was described. Enjoyed the view. Big corner condo. Washer and dryer was a big plus. All appliances worked. Beds were comfy. Slept 8 people comfortably. No negative review about the condo but the property did have 2 of the 2 elevators broken which was time consuming at the peak hours of the day and the seaweed in front of the property was pretty bad so we may plan the trip earlier in the season next time.

Family Getaway

The property location is wonderful for kids and adults. The condo was just as advertised. We had other family members staying in the east and center buildings; this was convenient for getting together. Enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
