Sweet Retreat: Private Beach + Pool + Game Room

  • Welcome to your home away from home! This 5 bedroom 3 bath townhouse situated in Banana Bay, a colorful gated waterfront community in Perdido Key Florida on the Intercoastal Waterway. This house boasts all King Size Beds in every bedroom and huge flat screen TV's each with a large closet perfect for storing your luggage.

    A separate room is attached to one of the 2 King Size bedrooms upstairs that holds a full/twin sized bunk bed. In addition, there is a bonus room on the 2nd floor perfect for kids and groups. This room has a foos ball table, arcade game, and dart board perfect for everyone. The main floor also has 2 King Size beds and full bathrooms each with marble tile and walk in showers (master has a jacuzzi bathtub). The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is great for entertaining, and has a large laundry room attached. A peaceful outdoor courtyard right outside your back door offers many leisurely hours of relaxation, and a gas grill for cooking outside.

    Enjoy the community pool and hot tub, or relax on the expansive private white sand beach on-property - yes that is right - it's a 2 minute walk to the beach! Banana Bay is 1.3 miles to the white sand and beautiful water of the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, you are 0.3 miles to Oyster Bar and 0.7 miles to Sunset Grill, which are delicious dining options. If golfing is your bag, you are 0.7 miles from Lost Key Golf Club; an 18 hole Arnold Palmer Championship Public Golf Course.

    There is something for everyone here at Banana Bay!

Great place for our extended family vacation

We enjoyed all the King beds and loft/play area the most. Location was convenient to walk to the Bay and a quick drive to public access to the beach.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. So much room at the house for our big family bedrooms were huge, backyard and patio were awesome for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants.

Wedding weekend

What a perfect place for our family of eight to stay together when traveling for a family wedding. Four rooms with king sized beds were perfect! Close to the beach and we had the pool to ourselves every time we went. Five plus stars!

This is a very spacious home and perfect for our family of 10. Pool is just a short walk away as well as the nice fitness center.

Absolutely beautiful townhouse in a great location

We rented this place based on location and 4 king beds. It was absolutely perfect to celebrate my Mom’s 80th birthday! Sarah is incredibly accommodating and the home is extremely well Kept! I would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Beautiful home

We had a great week in Perdido Key. 6 adults plus 2 kids were very comfortable at Sarah’s place. The house is spacious and very well stocked. Very comfy beds and we loved the back patio! The community is friendly and the neighborhood pretty and safe.

A serene gettaway close to many attractions!

This home is perfect for families with adults, teens and small children. The host was amazing and the location is central to many attractions in the area. We drove into Pensacola several days out of our week with no problem. The beds are very comfortable and the layout is great!

Very beautiful property

The property was very beautiful! The owner was easy to get in contact with and had many recommendations of things for us to do. It was within walking distance of the Bay Area and a short drive to the beach.

Great family get away

I rented this place last week for a family vacation. Last week was very nice, it was clean, the pool was great and the only issue is we had some door code problems but they were easily fixed. I would recommend this place.

Family Fun

First time to not stay on the beach side and it did not disappoint! Sarah has an awesome place in an awesome location! The private beach area on the bay is top notch. Loaded up the cars and found a super beach location at Johnson National Park. Everything Sarah said and did was and is very accurate. We will definitely look to stay again next time.

Home away from Home

Our stay w Sarah was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay w her was perfect. Which it was!! We loved everything about her place and the beach was right there within a very short walking distance. We really enjoyed fishing and watching the dolphins while the kids swam. Highly recommend her place!
