“The property looked exactly like the photos, the unit was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I make a return visit to my sister who lives nearby.”

“The location was convenient for the three places we were visiting - Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Corning. Plenty of space, and comfortable as well. The layout of Unit 2 is a little tough to discern from the pictures, but you walk in the front door to the kitchen/dining/living, with the bathroom and bedroom behind. Then downstairs to another "family room" with a larger TV. There is a little noise from the upstairs neighbor, mostly due to the age of the house and wooden floors, but otherwise quiet....

“Clean inside, reasonably priced and clear communication from the owner. The only drawback was the neighborhood was definitely a little sketchy and there was only on street parking and it was on a side street that the house wasn’t on.”

We couldn't find the sheets for the extra bed for my daughter but only realized late so we didn't give the host a chance to help us with this.. he was responsive when we did contact him so I'm sure it would have been solved if given the chance!!!”

“The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. The place could utilize some updates but it’s worth the price to stay if you were by yourself. The landlord...
