“The hotel had construction of a new hotel next door. No mention of this was on the listing on the website at time of booking. The construction has been going the whole of 2025. On arrival at the hotel I was placed in a room facing the construction. Returning to reception to complain I was given another room. That room was slightly quieter from the main construction noise. However the bath was damaged with pealing paint that had been badly over painted. The construction noise could be heard...

The room was clean and we had clean towls, We didn't use the kitchen area. The rooms are a really nice size. Just needs updating. “Booked last minute - best pool in the area but sun beds were limited. Some were damaged, not fit for purpose. Some umbrellas were broken. Pool bar was open if you could catch him.... Nice on arrival that you are taken to your room but dont expect anything else. Had ground floor room which was clean.
