The reception staff is efficient and friendly. Room decor is dated and gives a somewhat run down feeling. Power outlets are mostly at foot level - not particularly senior-friendly as I had to stoop to connect. In my room the newer of the two air conditioners give out warm air but does not stop even though the desired temperature is reached. I had to use the older air conditioner which fortunately worked well and quietly enough, but the air filter needs cleaning. There is a power bar for the hot water pot and toaster which strangely sits on the trash bin because the cable is not long enough. That’s not quite professional. Note: I couldn’t add more than one photo as Expedia says my two photos exceeds the size limit (very strange indeed!)
