The carriage house has been restored to have modern convenience with old world charm. Great outdoor space with seating grill and bocce ball. Several wineries within minutes.”

“We had a problem initially. We arrived at night and it was raining. The code to the gate to the back yard didn't work. So we contacted Brenda by phone. After 2 calls, she told us to press "C" and then enter the code. Oops! that info wasn't in the original message. After, everything was fine.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The river cottage has style, and is located in the middle of wine country. Cleanliness was an 8, so generally good without being exceptional. The only regret we had was the river view and access. There is no river view, as the 'lush landscape' has been allowed to become a jungle. Needs a good brush clearing to regain a visual and easily accessible connection with river. Yard great for dogs, area felt a little rough, so nice to have a sliding gate on driveway for privacy. ”

“Sundog was easy to find and very close to the beach and the coastal kitchen diner restaurant and store. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Everything at the property was clean, comfortable and cozy. We had a great time. ”
