- This recently remodeled condo is gorgeous and large enough for two or three families. New beds/bedding throughout, granite countertop and appliances in large kitchen, updated bathrooms. Plenty of living and dining space. Lower-level condo with parking directly in front of entry door with parking on both sides of the condo. First room has a king bed, second has a single over queen bunk bed and a queen bed, third room has two queen beds. There is also a twin roll-away in closet and a queen sleeper sofa in den. Stackable full-size washer/dryer. This property is centrally located to Petoskey, Boyne City and Charlevoix and on your way to Harbor Springs and Mackinaw Island.

Accommodations suited us well, (two adults & three children). Highly recommend Timber North for rentals at Boyne Mt. or nearby. Only issue was during two nights the renters in the condo above us were unreasonably loud until very late. Would try to rent a condo without a unit above it.

Second time at this location and just as great. It is cozy, clean, spacious and very conveniently located. The rooms are big, comfortable beds and adequate bathrooms for multiple adults and kids. Definitely recommend!

This completely remodeled condo is beautiful. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom was a perfect fit for my family of 11. The lay out of the kitchen provided some extra needed living space. The hooks in every space were definitely utilized for the extra winter gear! The roll away bed was very helpful. Every need for the weekend was provided. The TimberNorth company is always attentive to all details. We’ve rented from them for years and have always had a good experience.

The accommodations were very comfortable. Well stocked with newer dishes and cookware. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the beds and linens were. Property manager was very responsive and answered any questions we had almost instantly. Can’t beat the location 2 minute walk to the mountain left more time to ski less time parking. Would definitely rent again.

Our stay at this Boyne Mountain rental was great. It was clean, great floor plan, and lots of room. Timber North Management was very kind and helpful when we needed assistance with getting the TV to work. Would recommend this condo!

Our three bedrm was very clean & spacious. Convenient walking distance to the ski lifts. We could have used a cutting board. The smaller bedroom had issues with the deadbolt. I didn't like all the emails!
