  • Hermoso apartamento tipo estudio en la ciudad, a poca distancia de la playa de Devoe en el lago Burt, con acceso a la vía fluvial. Mackinaw está a solo 25 minutos para pasar el día en la isla o ir de compras. Se encuentra en el corazón del río indio del centro de la ciudad. Damos la bienvenida a beachers, esquiadores, excursionistas, cazadores, pescadores, motos de nieve y relajantes. Tenemos restaurantes cercanos y bares locales a la vuelta de la esquina. Tenemos espacio para remolques y estacionamiento. Esperamos a todos y cada uno de los invitados. Nos encanta vivir aquí tanto que estamos encantados de disfrutarlo con los demás.

Centrally located between bodies of water and downtown

Great little bnb with you own space. Owner has a fresh bowl of fruit and bottle of wine for your stay which is a wonderful touch and makes you feel welcome

Hubby and I stayed for a long weekend. There was room to park with the truck and boat which is sometimes hard to find. Place was clean and perfect for our stay. The owner was very helpful and responsive when we had a question. Great stay.

Centrally located near the Indian River boat launch. Walking distance for meals, drinks and ice cream.

The design of the place is great for my husband and I. The bed doesn't agree with my back but that is the only complaint. The location works great for the things we plan on doing too.Thank you!

Our sweet escape

The apartment is new, clean , nicely appointed & thoughtfully equipped & supplied. It was very quiet & comfortable! The renting process went smoothly.

Beautiful getaway

The studio apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and the two recliner sealed the deal for us lol. Definitely a do-over fir us!

Petoskey Visit

We spent two days in Petoskey and this location was perfect for the two of us. We were really close to Burt Lake and Indian River. Great location for our needs.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very neat and clean. It was nicely set up for two people and a great location to fit our travel plans. My husband especially enjoyed the large tv 😃

Quick stay

Nice, clean place. Way better than a hotel. It was cute and had a lot of amenities for a smaller area. The bed was a little uncomfortable but I'd stay again.

Was super clean, super cute. Even though it's attached to their home it was very quiet. It felt very private. I think the old open food should be thrown out before new people come to stay. I also think it's a little high in price considering you have to drive 30 minutes to get to anything and everything. They had a bottle of wine and fresh fruit on the table waiting for us. Overall excellent property just a little high in price.

Clean and Convenient

Thanks for the clean nice accommodations. Really appreciated a place that we could rent for one night. Our first visit to Indian River. We were able to walk downtown and grab dinner on the River. Very pretty!
