“This house was a gem in cleanliness, surroundings, location, functionality. The kitchen was truly well-supplied and we cooked every breakfast and dinner easily for six of us. The appliances work great as well. The bedrooms were comfortable, we were very grateful for three full bathrooms! The property is so nice, it is quiet and it felt very remote and peaceful. “We observed severe black mold on enclosed front porch which permeated the house. Very dirty, dusty. The MB bathroom had hair in the shower drain. 1 bathroom garbage wasnt emptied. Yard and outside were clearly under construction. House should not be rented.”
