“The Graham is the place to stay in the Catskills!! I stayed in the Bunkhouse and my small room had everything I needed. It was a solo trip and my room had bunk beds. That twin bed was so comfy and cozy! There were 3 bathrooms to share and the bathroom was big and sparking clean. Amazing water pressure and wonderful soap & shampoo. They texted me the morning of my arrival asking my ETA and what I’d like for my breakfasts. The one I chose had a yogurt, granola and fresh berries. And an apple cider...

“Our family had a lovely stay in Phoenicia at the "cozy bungalow." It was very pleasant to walk to town and the bungalow itself was indeed cozy. Enjoyed the sauna probably even more than expected after a long (cold, rainy) hike. Host provided excellent communication for any concerns.”

“The cabin is AWESOME! The front porch views of the mountains were incredible, especially as a storm passed through. Location, Location, Location. The property manager was on top of everything and super responsive. The Modpool/ hot tub was a first for all of us and was great after a day of hiking or biking. The best part- NO CELL PHONE COVERAGE. Yes the wifi was great, when needed, but it was nice to disconnect. Thanks for a great long weekend. This is on the stay again list!”

“We enjoyed our relaxing stay at this super cute well designed home. Our son played in the river/creek and fished all weekend. Great spot to read, relax and enjoy the fire in the winter months. Well stocked and nicely renovated. The outside of the home is more worn but overall very good stay. Also enjoyed a few nice restaurants. ”
