The place was poorly stocked-no hair dryer, no potholders, no dish cloths/dish rags, no extra toilet paper. no internet service the whole time and they said they were working on it. Only 6 bath towels for 4 people. But these towels were supposed to be for the pool too. There were no coffee filters, so I used a paper towel. The toilet in one bathroom clogged up after every other flush and not because of anything we were doing. There were plungers, but it was hard to get them unpIugged. Hot water gone after 2 showers to luke warm. I ended up buying a hair dryer, toilet paper and 2 extra towels for our stay. The internet service was an inconvenience-had to use our hot spots. They said there was a lock box and gave me the code and directions to get in, but there was no lock box when we got there, so we were unable to get into our place until they got back to us and said well, check under the mat. They didn't tell us how to access any of the amenities and they were all locked up. Turns out there was a fob we needed to access anything. We did not get there on the day we were supposed to because of flight delays. It was 24 hours later that we ended up getting there. I asked if we could have a partial refund, but they said they could not do that. The only thing they did bring us was a potholder.It’s just that for all of the VRBO’s that I have rented over the years, there has always been adequate supplies & especially the supplies they listed under their description.
