POOL HEAT: Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per night. *PLEASE NOTE* This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 7 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature.  We heat to 82 degrees, however when temps drop below 55 degrees at night we cannot guarantee that the pool will retain that temperature constantly.



SECURITY: For your safety, there are two outdoor cameras monitoring the entrances.  One Ring Doorbell camera is located at the front door and a 2nd camera located near the side gate towards the outdoor dining area.



NOTE: This home does not allow parties or events and enforces the 10 person maximum.

You will be sent your check in instructions for your rental via email.
