This is a very nice unit - just the right size for me. It’s sunny, clean and the bed is very comfortable. Instructions for entering the unit were clear and the host emailed reminders and was very communicative overall. Definitely recommend!

Quaint, Quiet and Very Comfortable!

Absolutely loved this stay! Traveling for work I try to find locations that feel more like home and this one fit the bill. On top of that - the bed was so comfortable! That is a 5 Start item right there!

Bed sucks and walls/ceiling are paper thin. Those two items cost them a star. Other than that, adorable and accommodating. Would only stay here if they got a new bed!

It’s the little things

Just know before you go… only street parking, place is only big enough for one person so don’t even think of having company, it’s on the ground floor and there are two pieces of blinds missing so, privacy is a huge issue! The pool is 4 ft deep and probably good enough for a child. I’m not sure why every Vrbo I stay at, and I KNOW they’ve collected a million, but a simple wine opener? Such a simple thing to have. Also, just get a keurig machine, this other off brand little piece of crap is useless and the pods aren’t even marked…..Sheets were decent. I never got to the roof top area. I did what I needed to in town and left a night early. You can walk just about anywhere and the washer and dryer were well needed. Huge shower and nice counter space. Just a suggestion: fix the blinds in the kitchen and get some comfortable chairs outside. Also, it would have been nice to get instructions or directions to the rooftop.

Clean, nice glasses..easy access. Parking limited, but we had no issues. Close to old downtown, easy walking distance. No dresser/drawers… not an issue for a short stay. Owner manager was easy to work with… overall 5 star! Definitely would rent again.

Perfect studio in a great location! Having laundry in unit made for a stress free trip home. Unit was very clean and perfectly set up! Roof top access and pool were an added little bonus. Hands down best location. Walking distance to almost everything you could want or need!

Great stay close to everything in Old Town Scottsdale

We stayed 10 days and it was perfect location. Close to great restaurants and easy drives to great hiking. Lots of outdoor space (roof deck, pool and patio). We used the grill in common area one evening. Communication with owner was very good. He was very thorough in providing detailed info so that you know exactly what to expect. The vibe of the complex was fun and laid back. Will definitely stay again!

I felt hip and cool

This was the perfect spot for us! I loved the area though a car is going to be needed for most things. The neighborhood of 60’s era 2 and 3 story apartment buildings is lovely and great for taking the dog out for walks. Parking was never an issue. The unit itself was a perfect size for us and had everything we needed. We had a couple of friends over for drinks and it worked for us all. I’d totally recommend this for a couple needing a home base to explore the area.
