Falsely advertised free parking. Was not clear you could not park in unmarked spots. Signage was not visible or clear. We got towed while still unloading. Cost $200. The distance from car to room was very far and took many trips. Very difficult to find room in the first place. Two coffee machines, neither worked. Good thing they had a room where you can go and get coffee. Workout room and lounge nice. The room itself had cheap bed and bedding. I got a two bedroom since I wanted a king bed and the only king available was in a two bedroom so I paid more for the two bedroom. Each room only had a double bed. So my husband and I slept in separate bedrooms, not what we wanted. The couch in living room very small and uncomfortable. Very small tv as well. If we had more than two people we could not all sit in the room together. We had also rented two other rooms for my daughters and their families. One room the oven did not work, discovered it was not plugged in. Very minimal as far as cookware. One bedroom had a very comfortable king bed, the other a double. The other room was a 1 bedroom with a pullout couch. Advertised to sleep 4. Problem is they did not have any blankets for couch and no pillow cases for two of the pillows. It also had a foul smell. Luckily she did have extra bedding in her car for the kids.
