There was a leak through the ceiling that was never fixed or addressed the entire stay. We put pots and pans to collect the water. Most responses from the host, while prompt, felt very AI generated. The property boasts stay for ten people, but only had two coffee cups. There weren’t any cooking utensils and the pans were so terrible scratched we didn’t use them. We weren’t pleased with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the host did send the cleaners in to address that. While there, the cleaners told us they don’t clean with anything more than water. The floor was dirty and our last night there my daughter slipped and broke her arm. All the requests for assistance were ignored.
