The unit felt neglected. The dishwasher has old food down in it like big pieces of food and it’s a pungent smell. You have to close it quick. The couch had tons of stains on it and that doesn’t seem acceptable and inviting. One night I had to go sleep on sofa bed as I pulled it out you could feel the springs all over the bed. Also at one corner of the bed a screw a large screw popped out onto the floor just as I pulled it out. I left the screw on the counter and I’ve been communicating with the company that you have me communicating to and it’s not been working out whatsoever. One last thing we never had any TV the whole week I gave up trying with your staff or whoever it was constantly test texting but not spelling words correctly we wanted to watch football games and different things that whole weekend and that wasn’t possible so it was again these things are gonna really disappoint. Your future clients. Also, a lot of hair was found in the washer. The large bed in the bedroom was awesome but these are some things that I feel you can improve upon to continue to make money on this unit. Thank you very much
