This place has the potential to be a very nice place to stay. Unfortunately, when we arrived I noticed the bed sheets had not been washed. Cleary had hairs, crumbs and stains on them. I had to run to the store for laundry detergent and stay up until midnight washing everything. Towels smelled horrible so those had to be washed as well. Toilet in 2nd bathroom was visably dirty so I had to go purchase cleaning supplies and clean it myself. The TV was unuseable since we did not have a working remote so after three days of them telling me they were working on it, I finally went and purchased one myself. There was no dish soap, dishwasher detergent or washcloths/sponge in kitchen. Sinks and counters did appear clean. No light in one bedroom so we had to move a lamp in and no working remotes to turn off fans in bedrooms. I did communicate with the host about these issues and they assured me someone would come, but nobody ever came during our entire stay. The pool and clubhouse were beautiful. Very clean and lots for kids to do including pickle ball, basketball, foosball, pool and a theatre room. I would definitely stay at this complex again, but unfortunately, not at any of the places by this same host.
