  • Completely remodeled darling 1 bedroom separate apartment is quiet, private and spacious. Find out why we are known as the "Valley of the Sun" as you enjoy our breathtaking sunsets on your sweet patio overlook! Then head inside to watch a show on our HUGE 70" with some fun movie snacks we provide for you.. We are located minutes from the Spring Training Facilities, golf courses, restaurants and grocery. Hiking is just around the corner as well. Come stay in our home away from home.
    The space
    Please read full details:
    Our fresh new apartment is attached to our beautiful home but is completely private with its own entrance. You can park right in front of the home and head up your private outdoor staircase. Premium, cozy king sized bed and bedding and a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and TVs in both the main room and the bedroom as well as a comfortable shower/tub make it easy to sit back and relax. Or, if you need to get some work done, we have a nice workspace with fast wifi and chargers for your needs. There is a full sized sleeper sofa that can easily be pulled out for any other guest you may have. Since this is a brand new sight, please let us know if you have any special needs or requests we may have overlooked and we are so happy to accommodate. Welcome ~ and feel free to stay a while!

This was an amazing place to stay. Very convenient and comfortable. Had everything we needed and the host provided little extras that made such a difference. The hosts were absolutely amazing, caring, kind people who made us feel so comfortable. This is definitely the place to stay and we WILL be back again. We absolutely loved this place and our hosts.

Our stay was 2nd to none. Our accommodation was the nicest place we ever booked through vrbo. We hated to leave , it was that nice. We will be back there again next time we are in town

“Super Host” is accurate. Kim was amazing to accommodate us for the weekend. The apartment was the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. It was a perfectly lovely stay in every way.

This is a great find in the Mesa area. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, the bungalow as we called it, was perfect for our weekend getaway. The king bed is very comfortable so a good night’s rest was had. It is a very clean, well decorated and Kim and Scott go out of their way to make you feel welcome, with treats for whenever needed plus freshly squeezed orange juice from their trees.We were able check in and go eat downtown Mesa, attend an Easter Pageant, get up in the morning for a nice 3 mile walk throughout the neighborhood, go to a nearby LDS temple, go to a movie and drive over to an Easter walk.Kim and Scott are excellent communicators and helped make our pre Holy Week getaway “practically perfect in every way”.

Wonderful Vacation!!!

We were in town for a wedding and it was a perfect location for all our family activities. The apartment was exactly as described and super clean. The little touches that Scott and Kim provided (fresh orange juice from their trees, chips and salsa for Cinco de Mayo, and delicious scones when on the day we left) were appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect for what we needed

Great location, in town for a soccer tournament. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect amenities for a short stay. Lots of personal touches from the owner, that made our stay welcome. Will come back if we find our selves in Mesa needing a place to stay again.

Great stay in Mesa, AZ

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, and still convenient to stores, restaurants and highways. Super clean, lovely apartment. We couldn’t of asked for better hosts. I highly recommend this VRBO and hope to stay there again.

Lovely and peaceful stay

My husband and I needed a getaway for the weekend and this turned out to be a perfect choice. It was located in a nice neighborhood, the rooms were clean and in good condition. It was near some interesting places to eat. The hosts left us some fresh orange juice in the fridge, which was a lovely touch.

What an amazing property. Kim and Scott provided so much to make us comfortable…even fresh squeezed orange juice and snacks. Property was impeccable with nothing left off the amenities list. Responsive and gracious hosts. You will love it here!

home away from home

This is our 2nd time staying here . we just love it. Our host Kim and Scott are wonderful people and very helpful. We will be back . The area is beautiful and we find it very nice for long walks . The guest quarters is very clean and comfortable (love the king size bed )
