“Increíble hotel, uno de los mejores o si no el mejor en el que me he hospedado, el personal demasiado amigable, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de 2 habitaciones y nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitaciones, el desayuno increíble, hay tanto que elegir que te cuesta trabajo decidir, lo único malo, es que enfrente hay criadero de vacas y el olor cuando sales llega a ser un poco desagradable, pero adentro del hotel todo maravilloso, su piscina está increíble”

“Hotel is super cute and we got a very spacious, comfy room. The fact that they rent the bikes is a plus. However, we had dinner in the terrace and although it looked very promising, they could improve the menu a lot as it seemed that dishes were 'unfinished' and for the price you would expect much better... Staff members were kind at all times, however they forgot us a bit at the end of the meal, which you will not expect from a hotel of this category... in my opinion, they should just pay more...

“Hotel, situado en la parte alta del núcleo peatonal de Lugano en una ubicación especial con unas instalaciones muy antiguas, pero muy bien conservadas y con mucho glamour. Lo que ha resultado es la estancia muy agradable. El personal súper encantador y muy atento a solucionar todos los temas que he solicitado. Recomendable por su relación calidad, precio de la ciudad de Lugano”
