"I read this hotel was renovated in 2025 so i wanted to try it, Rooms are dated ,the mattress bouncing, walls tired, furniture overall not in great condition, staff is polite and courteous except during breakfast, no servers at all, the only server when i had breakfast ask me for the room number and then disappeared, the best is location, there is mall crossing the street and a huge park to go for a walk,i noticed this hotel is popular among Ecuador, i would not stay here, days before i was at Swissotel Quito, and even is also dated,the Quality and Service was oustanding, so my veredict is: if you are on a budget i suggest Ibis Quito( nicer and newer and cheaper) and if you can afford it go Swissotel you will love it"

"Excelente ppr si llegas en un vuelo por la noche o necesitas tomar un vuelo muy temprano en la mañana, caminas unos pasos y estas en el aeropuerto, en el desayuno buffet pide al mesero que te preparen un omelette con los ingredientes de tu eleccion yo lo pedi con todos loa vegetales y queso y estuvo delicioso"
