The cottage was excellent and exceptionally clean! Attention to even the smallest details was evident and appreciated. Thankful for a wonderful, romantic place that will accommodate a one night stay for a busy couple taking a weekend adventure. We plan to return again!

Magical! The owner has created a beautiful little retreat in the woods down to the smallest detail. The decor, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and all the little extras - clawfoot tub, bubble bath and bath salts included! Unfortunately we didn't have much time here due to a lightning delay at the Clemson game, and that is my only regret - would have loved to have more time to enjoy it. Hope to in the future!

My wife and I traveled 3 hours to go to the book warehouse and decided to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel. It was a great decision, it was very private and we felt safe the whole stay.

Such a beautiful place! You can tell the owners really care about making this a romantic little getaway. The inside of the cottage has so many details that make it just so cute! Shiplap, the wood beams on the ceiling, clawfoot tub, crystal chandeliers, the decor. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable! I usually hate sleeping anywhere but my own bed! Highly recommend!

I cannot express in words how beautiful and relaxing this cottage was. Gorgeous space. No tv…..wasn’t needed. No WiFi…..wasn’t needed. Just each other in a beautiful room.

Perfect New Year’s getaway

This was actually the first time I’ve stayed at a Vrbo or a vacation rental, and I couldn’t be happier that Greystone Cottage was my choice. Trust me, it should be yours, too. Absolutely serene, quiet, it was like stepping into the pages of a storybook. Perfect little cottage in the woods. Immaculate, so many little details and touches from the host that shows how thoughtful they are. Great communication and directions. Can’t wait to go back in summer and use the hammock and fire pit, too.

Perfect Little Getaway

Greystone Cottage is PERFECT! We loved it! The walkway, the string lights, the cottage…everything is just right! Can’t say enough good about it. If you are looking for a romantic little place in some pretty woods…this is it! It is quiet, secluded and oh so charming! We’ll be back!!

The cabin was even more beautiful in person. The host’s provided a few special touches that were the cherry on top of an already beautiful place to stay! If you’re looking for a lowkey spot for a romantic getaway, this is 100% the place! We will be back!

Quaint and enjoyable

The property was super clean and even prettier in person than the pictures. We had a great time enjoying each other without the distraction of a TV and spent the evening on the front porch while the sun went down. The only suggestion I would make would be to have some sort of table to be able to use for a meal or a game…. Maybe a fold away table?? Other than that this place exceeded our expectations!!
