“Our family of five had a wonderful stay at the Gate House! The location can’t be beat for its proximity to the Perry entrance of Letchworth Park, and for its beautiful quiet setting and grounds. My husband especially loved reading beside the fire and gazing at the magnificent stars visible with the backyard light turned off. He says he was surprised by the lack of mosquitos, although he did find one tick. This nicely remodeled but not entirely updated house is thoughtfully stocked with abundant...

“First its hard to find property bcoz on expedia address mentioned wrong it should be 3767 maple grove but it mention 3767 walker road and shows something else property. After i looked message from owner after that easy to find property. I must says it well maintained property and comfortable i would definitely recommend to stay here. And Mr Owner refrigerator is leaking water need to fix. Thank you for your service.”

“We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend.”

“We enjoyed our stay! Expansive lake views and the sunset was beautiful. Kayaks were fun and plenty of lifejackets. Was easy to enter the lake from the docks. Pride of ownership in the home was evident in the pristine condition and warm welcome. Linens were higher quality and beds were comfortable. Several cute towns nearby with delicious food options and groceries.”

“It was perfect for our stay to visit our son at Elim Bible Institute and College. The property was surprisingly was quaint and quiet! We never heard any of the activities that went on through the movies or the flea market traffic! We actually enjoyed a stroll through all the hubbub. The place felt brand new and everything we needed.”

“A beautiful place to stay. The porches are very relaxing and quiet with plenty of space around the home inside and out to enjoy while you take in the finger lakes. Clean with plenty of kitchen and bath supplies if you forget something.”

“We found this property while looking for a place to stay during our visit to letchworth state park. The location was perfect granting easy access to the park. The property itself was unique, luxurious, and ideal for rest and play. My two boys loved playing with the barn animals. My wife and I enjoyed cooking in the finely appointed chef's kitchen. We all enjoyed relaxing in the spacious living area and enjoying the wonderful views of letchworth State Park. Check in and check out was a breeze....
