Sorry we missed the mark. We disclose the landfill in our profile and sometimes you can smell it but most often you cannot. I am happy you agreeed our studio efficiency is nice and clean. We don’t provide a full set of pans due to the lack of cabinetry but do provide basic cooking items.

Hi Kevin, Sorry your experience was less than five stars. We disclose the size of the studio and also show clear photos of the interior. We don’t advertise as a handicapped property and sorry that you were not completely satisfied. Our apologies.

Hi James! Thanks for your review. I really would like to have been notified this when I reached out to you during your stay. (When I asked how was everything and if any issues we needed to be made aware of). We never got a response so we thought you were good. We like to know any and all issues so we can immediately address them but was never given a chance to do so. Instead you give us a poor review. Our cleaners do mop between each guests so I am at a loss as to why this happened unless it was a one off but we will definitely address this with our cleaning team.

Sarah Sorry you were disappointed in our property. We disclose the location and mileage to many attractions so there are no surprises. Our rate is so competitive (your rate was below our standard rate) and we do supply basic items. (This is also disclosed in the profile) The photos also clearly show the step and I am sorry you did not see this in the photos as it is clearly evident.

Deborah, Sorry you were disappointed in our property. We take great pride in our place and it’s not for everyone. We are in a valley and phone service is very good with certain carriers. We also disclose the landfill being one mile away and at times you can smell it but never in the rooms. It’s unfortunate for the whole community that the landfill is inside the city limits near so many great attractions.

We were not aware it was missing or we would have been happy to bring one for you. We will also address the musty smell. It could be an easy fix by informing our cleaners the filters need cleaning in the ptac. Thanks again for finding us and we would welcome you back!

Glenn, It is unfortunate that you were dissatisfied. We strive to make every effort to provide a great experience. We had sprayed the morning of your check in so it could have had an odor but it usually dissipates in a 3-4 hours. I am unsure why you would state that I was uncommunicative. You know this is untrue! I have threads of texts messages to/from you. When I asked you to provide me photos you sent one photo of a bug on the bottom of your shoe. VRBO denied you a refund but I went above and beyond and gave you a refund for the unused nite. I was never contacted by you until the day after your scheduled check out. If you had an issue why wouldn’t you call me direct to immediately address your issue?

Hi Marie Thanks for staying at the studios. We appreciate your review and make it a point to keep our pest control scheduled often because we are in the middle of the woods and have had all the new construction behind the studios. Occasionally after a rain we have seen a few pests but letting us know is appreciated.

Hi Daniel We never advertised a view. Not sure why you expected a view. We are in a wooded park like setting. Our photos are very accurate. We are a motor inn style property and this is very evident in our photos. The landfill is near us and this also is stated in our profile. As far as me not responding til next day that is not accurate as my follow up texts were very quick. Sorry you were dissatisfied and we didn’t hit the mark to meet your expectations.
