Reasonable cabin stay.

Everything was fine. It's seen it's share of visitors so there's some signs of wear. Don't expect perfection here. Not a lot of amenities but the pool table was nice. The shower knobs are labeled backwards and I'm pretty sure the water heater is under sized or needs maintenanced. It ran out of hot water pretty quick. But other than a few things it got the job done. Just a simple cabin if that's what your looking for.

Complete disaster!!!

I DO NOT recommend, long story short. Canceled reservation an hour to check in due to cleaning ppl couldn't reach the property, the offer was to move us to a condo with 1 bedroom or a lodge. I always choose cabins yet this was my offer. Then finally got offered another cabin two towns away, get there and Road is closed. Then finally got placed in a condo after was fed up with the run around, of course it was back in pigeon Forge. Then they refunded me the trip only to call back 1 hour after in the condo demanding payment for the rental. Which tied up another 400 on my card, and after all this.....15% off next stay. Literally had us driving for h hours in a snow storm that everyone knew was coming, got scared we were going to have to fend for ourselves.

Property was very run down. Furniture was worn out. Was not told about the 24 steps to get in the door, we are seniors. Pots and pans were old, no cutting board, one dish towel, no serving spoons had to run dishwasher after every meal due to inadequate number of plates for four people(a total of 5), automatic lighter on grill didn't work had to make a match to use it and grill was loose thought it was going to fall off, light cover in kitchen fell off almost hitting my wife, master shower upstairs leaked into the kitchen downstairs, light over bar in kitchen flickered all the time, one light in master was burnt out, return vent in living room was covered in dust. strip at the end of the bar in kitchen was about to fall off. Looks as if they haven't bothered to do any maintenance to the place in years. Needless to say will stay in a VACASA property again.

Cute House

Cute house but noisy. When walking in upstairs area you hear every step in the downstairs bedroom. Kitchen has utensils, pots and pans just no oven mitts. Downstairs bathtub needs to be reglazed or replaced. And housekeeping needs to look for cobwebs when cleaning. Very convenient location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Cute Place!

Adorable little cabin. Some things might need a little updating/fixing like the surround on the side of the hot tub, but it's perfect layout for maybe two couples or a couple with children. The bed downstairs was a little hard, but we loved it. Thank you for having us!

This property was. beautiful probably when it was first built. It is soo outdated. The downstairs bedroom sleeping is like a nightmare. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this property.

Very dirty

Cabin was not clean. Soiled linens on the bed . Entrance to cabin not convenient to anyone with a disability. Too many steps . Bathtub did not drain properly and very unclean . Will not revisit.

Our stay

Nice place a little bit run down. Like for instance tub down stairs wouldn’t drain properly the hot faucet handle poured water on floor when you try to fill tub .The lavatory faucet just flopped all around wasn’t tightened to sink. The tub up stairs had no stopper in it so we could fill it up or even us it. Plug in up stairs had no cover plate on so that wasn’t safe for small kids. And when we go there it was 88 degrees, but that was not to bad because it cooled off after about 4 hours. The outside stairs were a little tough to climb but we knew this to start with that was our fault. But the rest of the stuff should have been took care of before we got there especially for the price you pay for it.

Feels very secluded even this close to town

This cabin really felt very secluded even though it was within a few minutes of town. Upon arrival, everything was clean. Bedclothes smelled fresh and clean. The porch areas were nice to sit on and just relax. For dinner I ordered a curbside pick-up in town - a very easy 7 minute drive. Really a nice location and would consider staying again.

We liked the hot tub but unfortunately we could only stay one day... The hot tub was ice cold when we got there and only got to get in twice that night. It took five hours to heat up I thought the owners would've heated it knowing we would be there at 4. They needed chalk for the pool sticks really bad. Otherwise it was a very nice cabin.

I spent the first night with no heat.None of the tvs worked.

We are both handicap. There were about 20 + stairs to climb.No heat first night.Tvs didn't work.Were locked out by code to enter.

Great location & overall a nice cabin

The location of this cabin is absolutely perfect. It is right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The decor was very relaxing inside and the tall ceilings were beautiful. The cabin setup is great too, with a bedroom and bathroom off the kitchen, plus another bedroom and bath upstairs. The beds were comfortable and spacious. My kids loved the pool table and it was surprisingly chilly in the evenings on some days, so the hot tub was used a little too. It wasn't heated up and ready when we arrived but we were able to adjust the temp and it heated up fine in a couple of hours. We did ask the management staff about that to ensure that we had it at the right temp. They were surprised as it should have been ready for use when we got there. We had an issue with the dishwasher, when we first arrived. We called the management company and they ended up having to replace it. For my family, unfortunately, that meant hand washing all week, as it would not be installed during our stay. However, management did refund a portion of our stay due to a lost amenity which we did appreciate. Because of the focus on the dishwasher, a couple of other items did not get brought up to them. The faucet in the bathroom on the 1st floor is rather loose. Also, there was a significant amount of trash in the woods outside of the deck. We assumed it was from an animal getting into another guest's garbage. We wondered if the ground crew would take care of it when they came that week, but they didn't go behind the cabin when trimming so they may not have seen it. Overall, our stay was nice there and we appreciated managements' help in addressing the dishwasher issue. Again, we couldn't have asked for a better location. That was a huge selling point when we decide to return.
