As you enter the main level, you will find a comfortable living room with a regular sofa, wooden rocker, TV, gas fireplace, spacious vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, and wood flooring. The fully equipped kitchen offers all you need for an evening in, with a dine-in area that has a table for 6 with bench style seating. The dining room offers access to the outdoor deck. A luxurious queen bedroom with a TV, ceiling fan, and wood flooring can be found along with a full bathroom that offers a shower/tub combination with tile flooring that is accessible from the bedroom or hallway.
On to the upper level where you find a lofted bedroom that offers a queen bed, TV and wood flooring. The lofted area has a seating area with a Multi-Arcade game with two stools, checkerboard table with two chairs, and books for great fun for kids of all ages!
Head on down to the lower level where you find a theater room with 7 theater style seats, 50" Smart TV, CD/DVD Player, Movie Library, Pub Table for 2, track lighting, wood flooring, and a door leading to the lower deck. A luxurious King bedroom is found on this level with a glider rocker, TV, and wood flooring. You will also find a laundry room that houses a full size washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board.
The covered partial wraparound main level deck features a wooden porch swing, 3 Adirondack Rockers, a double wooden rocker, and a gas grill offering a relaxing space to create lasting memories.
