The cabin was really comfortable and spacious. Location of the cabin was perfect. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job dusting. The pullout couches were broken so could not pullout to use at night. I would recommend to others and stay again.

I booked this condo for the description of the layout/amenities. The pics are deceiving of the property. My mother has a leg/hip problem-unable to go up stairs/hills, so this looked like a great option as it is looks like it has a walk-in main level. ABSOLUTELY WRONG! My husband and my brother had to help my mom every time we left/entered b/c there were multiple steps to go up before reaching the main level! We thought she could just go up the back way but that was even worse! The pavers were not only lose but some were missing (an unsafe and even worse option for anyone to use, especially my mom). Next, there are pics of a bunk bed with a trundle for extra space. The trundle was not only broken (it took my brother and my husband to get it out), the mattress was absolutely filthy! It was so bad that it was unuseable so we had to figure out where my niece was going to sleep which leads me to the third point! There was a couch in the media room so we decided she could sleep there since we were only there for the weekend, NEGATIVE! The couch was so broken in that my over 6ft tall nephew looked like he was 3ft! We didnt even use it sit b/c we were afraid it would break in half! Some of the chairs didn't operate correctly (not reclining or would not turn on even when plugged up). Positives: location, rooms/bathrooms (not the trundle), and hot tubDon't book if you want a walk-in only and need all available space for sleeping needs

The cabin was in such a great location! It was very close to everything in Pigeon Forge, but was located in an area that gave a secluded feel. The hot tub and pool were used and enjoyed daily. Bedrooms were big and the attached bathrooms were very nice. The theater room is big and we easily fit all of our guests in to watch a movie together. Overall our stay was amazing and I would definitely come back!

This was the best home away from home! We spent thanksgiving here and really enjoyed ourselves. Our host was very helpful, the property was stocked with everything we needed and was very clean! We will be back!

The overall property was as described in the listing. Here’s what prevented a better overall rating. Mold/Mildew smell emanating in downstairs bathroom and somewhere in kitchen. Experienced a couple of water leaks from upstairs bathroom into kitchen ceiling and had to place a couple of pots to catch the water. Guests wanted to use the pool however there were centipedes and a dirty ring around the pool. Host was very responsive to issues, no complaints or problems with host, check-in, the process was seamless. Correction to the problems listed would elevate the property to the highest level.

So much fun in Pigeon Forge. Great location with so many fun things to do at the cabin. Extremely clean and pleasant. The host is amazing! We will be back.

We gathered here with our adult kids and their spouses for a fun weekend getaway! It was a beautiful home that we all enjoyed so much! It was close to town but on a quiet street complete with lightning bugs! It was clean and very comfortable! The pool and hot tub were a big bonus that we all enjoyed!! We wish we were staying a few days longer! We will be back!! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!!

A great space with tons of amenities. Our whole family had things to do all day. The location is perfect—central to pretty much everything in Pigeon Forge. The host and cleaning crew were excellent and responded to my inquiries right away. Would recommend for other family trips.

Yes, we loved the location. Minutes to anything in Pigeon Forge. The neighborhood was quiet. Perfect for a 5 day getaway to relax. The cabin was clean and comfortable for my family (two teens, my wife and I). Yes, there was an extra bedroom. The on suite bathroom for each room is great. My boy and I think you should highlight the Golden Tee game. We spent half of our free time playing video golf. The pool was clean and looked great. We did not use it but maybe next time. We took full advantage of the movie room. Catching up on some movies we haven’t had time to watch. Hot tub was clean and great. Perfect for the cool fall evenings. Great place. It will be the first place I look for next time we go to Pigeon Forge. Definitely the best place we stayed at so far! Only negative, you can’t really play pool. The room is too small. The sticks hit the wall on both sides. Maybe get rid of it and add a few more videos games and a poker table? It didn’t bother us much but be aware of this if you are looking at the cabin and really want to play pool. Two thumbs up!

My husband and our 3 kids had a great time here. There is lots to do in Pigeon Forge and this cabin is a great location. Close and very easy to get to and great parking. We also could come back at anytime we needed a break and take a swim. The pool is clean and well ventilated. No heavy chlorine smell. Owners were very responsive to anything we might have needed. Would stay again!

We had a great trip and stay at this cabin. I took three of our teen grand daughters and they had a blast! Any questions or concerns they are very quick to get back with you! They are great host!!

Rented this house primarily because of the indoor private pool, but it was pretty much unusable for the entirety of our stay. We had a serious leak in an upstairs bathroom sink that was not repaired and a mold smell that permeated the 1st and 2nd floor. Hopefully these issues will be addressed because the house was in an awesome location.
